“We purchased our home knowing we had a big task in front of us. Bryce and Doyle made that a much easier process for us! I've known Richard and Tom for 8 years and I have always admired the quality of their work and the cool concepts they come up with. The first time Rich walked through the house I was in full demo mode, and he told me "slow down, don't make your decisions in a vacuum". That advise would pay dividends down the road for me. Enter Amy Kruger! We had a wide open kitchen, dining room, family room almost too much space. Amy's vision blew my wife and I away. We came away with a kitchen that is the focal point of the home, a soreley needed mud room off of the garage, and a awesome fireplace that is a real conversation piece, additionally subtle hints here and there that gave us alot of great ideas we carried forward. When it came to picking out our cabinets they had an extensive selection. Richard and Amy pointed out the pros and the cons, gave us history on the manufacturers, and let us know just because the cabinet is expensive doesn't mean it's the best or the right one for you. Amy's advice was simple "give me your wish list, your dream kitchen and we'll work from there". Once the design was finished it took about a month for the cabinets to show up. Tommy K the master craftsman and capenter extrodinaire set the kitchen including the appliances in about 2 days, bear in mind we converted from Electric to Natural Gas and moved everything around. The template was made for the granite and the stone was install 2 weeks later. The tile backsplash went on, Tommy trimmed it out and we were done. There isn't anything that B&D doesn't think of, there is always 3 to 4 sets of eyes on every detail and nothing gets missed. I would highly recommend them for any project you have in mind! If I can figure out how to load up before and after pictures I'll share my project on here!”

“Mary Anne helped me stage my last house before putting it on the market and also chose the paint colors for my current home. She has a great sense of color. Not just what looks good, but what’s appropriate for the space. Initially, I chose a bright color to highlight one wall in my sunroom- until she reminded me that what I really cherished was the room’s calm, sanctuary feel. A bright color would have ruined that and clashed with the furniture. The cocoa color picked for the powder room really “finished” a space that I originally planned to renovate. And I am thrilled with the gray/green she chose for the living room. I won’t even attempt to pick a paint color without her assistance. Or color schemes for carpeting, furniture, etc. She’s the best!”

“I approached Michael at Craftworks Custom Cabinetry with a very specific need. I wanted a custom entertainment unit that would fit in a tight space. The room also has a lot of wood and earth tones so I did not want a natural wood finish. Michael suggested a whitewash over the wood. This unit is a beautiful solution to my problem. The craftsmanship is exquisite and I absolutely love it!”

Allison Caves, a certified kitchen planner, came to our home and asked all sorts of questions such as "How tall are you?, Are you left or right-handed?, What do you love/hate about your current kitchen?, etc." Allison designed a custom kitchen that exceeded our every expectation. Jeffrey Caves, the Cabinetmaker, meticulously selected and cured the wood that would result in the highest quality cabinetry I have ever seen, bar none. I would highly recommend Caves Kitchens for custom cabinetry. Caves also offers a high-quality semi-custom line, which was very nice, but once we saw Jeffrey's work, we opted to go completely custom.”

“THIS WAS NOT MY FIRST EXPERIENCE, I'VE USED DERISIO CONSTRUCTION MANY TIMES ,RESIDING THE EXTERIOR , TOTAL REPLACEMENT THE ROOF ON OUR SUN ROOM, ALONG WITH TOTAL INTERIOR WORK,INCLUDING DRYWALL,ELECTRICALAND PAINTING. “We were first time homebuilders in the summer of 2013. Our contractor recommended dealing with Dave Allerton and Kitchen Express II for our kitchen and bathroom designs, cabinetry and countertops. We met frequently with Dave as we explored various alternatives, often changing our outlook after Dave recommended changes to make the open architecture kitchen and dining area more accommodating to our needs. He was accessible and always willing to work within our expressed preferences, but he was not afraid to steer us to consider different approaches when he thought the end result would appeal to us. In other words, he soon came to know us and our thinking well. Our construction timetable was a quick one, and Dave and his crew delivered on time. Dave and his company also repped various lines of kitchen appliances, and although we originally scoped out other alternatives as recommended by our contractor, we ended up going with Kitchen Express as we sought greater efficiency in the construction and installation process. It worked out well. We were very happy with the entire process, from sitting down at the design table to seeing the end product after installation.”

We hired Rob and Jesse owners of Straight Edge Construction after being involved in several other projects with unreliable contractors. As you know you don't always get the work contractors say they are going to complete. Straight Edge Construction did an excellent job and provided quality work. They were hired for a tear out and total remodel of 2 full bathrooms at a residential group home where 5 ladies live. They were on time and on budget even though there were a lot of unforeseen obstacles. Their quality of their work was exceptional. They are very meticulous and organized. The job site was cleaned and tools stored after each work day to ensure the safety of the residents. I would highly recommend them based on their professionalism and the quality of their work.”
