“I love my new tub and tile. I am likely to hire this company again for my Kitchen remodel after a few other higher priority jobs are done. Cemil and Henry took very good care of us and setting up the job was easy. A few notes about the kind of work asked for. We needed to replace tub, tile and fix plaster damage on the first floor that was directly under a hole in the old tub. Kitchen and Bath Shop solved these issues and the work was wonderful. The workers gave good expectations on when they would arrive on site. They were very respectful and friendly. They took very good care to protect my home from scuffs. There were maybe two small places where grout/plaster ended up in an unexpected place (near my bathroom doorknob and a small splat on my toilet bowl) however I probably just need a putty knife to sand down remove that. No remodel goes perfectly, there was a snafu with the supplier that ended up with us installing a different color accent tile than originally planned. There was also a delay in getting tile, but in the days of Covid, we were prepared for that. However, the company gave us a discount and did not charge for the plaster repair, which more than made up for the alteration. The more I look at the finished product, the more I am happier with the result. Work took seven days to complete, due to a delay in receiving tile. Cemil did mention that it could be up to two weeks to finish the job, so he set realistic expectations. The workers were very professional. And my family can shower like we live in a hotel.”

We found KSA kitchens both Carol and KJ to be very accomidating when I called or E mailed I always received a response in a very timley manner. The quality of the Kitchen cabinets were second to none and competitavely priced. When a problem arose it was resolved to my satisfaction immediately. The materials arrived when scheduled and the project was completed on time. We are presently doing our bathrooms and have without hesitation contracted KSA kitchens to do the job.”

“We have hired CJ and Donna Dorman to help plan and remodel our master bathroom. Our planning and selection process has nearly been completed with final details being arranged this week. Donna is cheerful, confident and wise is offering suggestions for cabinet design and layout and was helpful in selection ideas for the faucets, mirrors and lighting as well as suggestions for the "little things" like the towel racks and tp holder. She has made a trip out to the granite dealer to see our selection and then to bring a sample for us as well as possible porcelain color choices for this. CJ has been on the scene for measurements, suggestions as well as helping us identify a moisture issue elsewhere in the house... (that we hope is unrelated to this planned project!) We had our kitchen remodel done with Dorman a few years back and we were thrilled with the outcome. “My spouse and I went to Lowes in Waynesboro Pennsylvania. We went to the bath department to inquire about a jetted tub. We didn't know much about these types of tubs. We questioned the employee who worked in this department. He was extremely patient with us when we asked a lot of questions. When we enquired about the price the man quickly and professionally looked up all of the tubs we asked about. After we were done we asked him about a jetted tower in the shower he gave us a complete description of all the towers, then patiently and respectfully gave us all the information we asked for. When we were finished we thanked him. He then thanked us and told us to return if we have any questions at all. We are so appreciative to have a superior employee in our Waynesboro Lowes store. We then visited the plumbing and heating department to inquire about kitchen drains, sinks etc. we received the same service as the other department.”
