“I originally met Erin a little over a year ago, she was new to Wichita and after visiting with her I felt she brought some new ideas to Wichita where Traditional finishes were prevalent. I engaged her on my first Spec and Model Homes in a new Development in Bel Aire, KS called Iron Gate. With me being color blind I have a good idea of the products/styling or look I want, but I need all the help I can get when it comes to color selections and what goes together. After a brief walk-thru of the plans and vision of what my thoughts were for the projects, I was pleasantly surprised at her selections and organization to bring everything full circle, I would recommend Erin for anyone wanting to take the stress out of finish selections for a New Home or Remodel, she was a tremendous asset to our team to make the end results a complete success. We had a few deadlines that were tight and she jumped through hoops to make it work or find an alternate selection when the furniture vendor failed on a delivery and we were facing a Spring Parade of Homes deadline, we ended up meeting the deadline with terrific results. I also had Erin make furniture and staging selections for the model as well as helping to place and stage the house for the Spring 2015 Parade of Homes with room to spare allowing all of those final touches. The Parade was a great success and I've had a number of customers, real estate agents or other interior design professionals commenting how much they loved the furniture, the selections, the colors ever since! “Kay is an excellent craftsman. He redesigned and rebuilt our master bath and suite. It looks stunning. We could not be more pleased. He was referred by a friend - they had their kitchen rebuilt and it also looks amazing. We had a big roman tub in our window bay - what to do? Kay replaced with a double shower and water proof windows. He also build a make up/jewelry enclave, and expanded the woman's closet (not shown). Kay also built a small bar for us in the kitchen and redid our fireplace last year. He is honest, dependable and easy to work with.”

“Dave is trustworthy and competent. He responds in a timely manner by beginning the project when he promised and arriving each day when he said he would. He has worked on several projects at my house. He demoed two bathrooms that were being remodeled, fixed my two front doors that no one else stated they could fix, replaced fluorescent lighting in a bathroom with pot lights, and removed two popcorn ceilings. He is a problem solver. When repairing the front doors, he stuck with the project until he solved the cracking moulding. It has been about three years and the doors are still okay. I have referred him to others and would not hesitate to hire him again. He is trustworthy and honest. After completing the last project, he reduced his price because he said the actual project took less time than estimated. He is the best contractor I have ever hired.”
