“Luis and his team did an amazing job bringing my vision to life. We started with a photo from Houzz magazine and the transformation was unbelievable! His team is professional, quick and clean. Luis did such an amazing job that we decided to renovated the other 2 full bathrooms midway into the project. As a general contractor Luis and PM Maintenance took over the home renovations and we had the whole house painted and new carpet in each bedroom. Along the way I changed my mind alot! He always said, "My goal is to make you happy. as long as you are happy with the final result, we can make the changes". He is amazing!”

“We hired Ellene to draw a plan for our home renovation, which involved enlarging our kitchen, enclosing a sunroom, and reconfiguring an existing den. While other neighbors with the same model house had done projects to expand their kitchens, we wanted to use the combined space to get an additional bedroom, small bathroom, and larger kitchen while at the same time only reducing the den slightly. After taking measurements, Ellene spent hours discussing with us how we could best use the space to meet our needs. She asked detailed questions to make sure we would have adequate storage, that the kitchen would conveniently accommodate appliances large and small, and that the new layout would work for our busy family. She was a valuable resource as we made decisions about types of appliances, pantry design, and much more. Five years after the renovation was completed, I can say the money we paid Ellene (just a tiny percentage of the total project!) was money very well spent. We are thrilled with the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and den, and at no point have I said "I wish I would have done X, Y, or Z differently." I have gotten Ellene's input on other home improvements since then, and she always adds a valuable perspective and is a pleasure to work with.”

“I employed Louren Reddick and colleagues as general contractor on a 1000 sq ft gut renovation of an apartment, including a full kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. having lived in the results for two and a half years, i continue to marvel at the extraordinarily high build quality. friends including another builder (who didn't want the job because he didn't think he could meet my ridiculously high standards) and his architectural photographer wife have told me that the place is unusually good. these guys are the most creative problem solvers i've ever encountered (and this is the third home I've rehab'd in 20 years). their in-house architect, miracle-working wood shop, and relationships with strong subcontractors all contributed to results that exceeded my very high expectations. and they worked for nearly a year – demolition through completion – in a 120 unit building without a service entrance, without making life miserable for my neighbors.”
