After we were done we asked him about a jetted tower in the shower he gave us a complete description of all the towers, then patiently and respectfully gave us all the information we asked for. When we were finished we thanked him. He then thanked us and told us to return if we have any questions at all. We are so appreciative to have a superior employee in our Waynesboro Lowes store. We then visited the plumbing and heating department to inquire about kitchen drains, sinks etc. we received the same service as the other department.”
