“Jim responded promptly to every enquiry. When he came to the property to measure, he found that the cabinets over the fridge were torn down due to the height of the newer fridge. With his professional opinion, it would be much better to have the cabinets rebuilt and installed for the purpose of selling the property. Without changing the quoted price, Jim offered to rebuild the over fridge cabinets. When the job finished, everything looked perfect and the kitchen looked more completed with the new doors and the new section added over the fridge.
