“My kitchen now looks beautiful and new again, I hired HomeTech to remodeled my kitchen counter tops and my faucet, they were very helpful and got the work done professionally and fast, they even replaced a piece of wood that the pipe with a leak got very wet and humid. The communication with them was very fast and convenient. I am a very curios person so I asked several questions and they were very open to answered them all. Very satisfied and happy with my new kitchen.”

“As a veteran of Silicon Valley, I have recognized that integrated platforms provide the best value for end users. What if a construction company could integrate the various disciplines associated with remodeling/new home construction into a platform like approach? Imagine having to deal with a separate architect, a separate 3D renderer, a separate interior designer, various showrooms where all care about their own individual services and products? As we look back at our experience with the Greenberg Design Gallery team together with the Greenberg Construction team; from the original concept stage, to budgeting, design, and implementation/cost trade-offs, to securing our permit, we have recognized that indeed the team at Greenberg have implemented a very efficient platform. The team is highly technical and uses state of the art architectural design tools to take their clients through the journey in a very timely manner. In fact, we believe the value we have received in the design to permit phase will eventually save us a considerable amount as we anticipate minimal changes during the build phase. Greenberg architected our new home vision in the first month, and by empowering us with their 3D modeling package, we were able to request modifications and fine tune our entire house in the ensuing two months. In parallel, we were visiting their showroom in Palo Alto (where they have a rich selection of material), and spent quality time with their interior designers to help us reach consensus on the majority of the type of finishes for our house. So in approximately three months we went from vision to design to permit and material type selection. Of course, the entire design and office team’s great attitude and genuine care ties all the loose ends. We highly recommend you visit Greenberg Design Gallery in person to assess for yourself.”

“How wonderful to have a decorator who does not provide cookie-cutter designs. She looked at our home, listened to who we are and what we wanted and provided us with choices. From our slate entry to our new floors to the built-ins in the family room to our granite in the kitchen and bathroom, it all ties together to provide a warm, comfortable home. We get so many compliments, I think we may have the design others want to copy.”

“Nadja was able to walk into our kitchen and dining room and immediately come up with great ideas for re-doing the entire space. She explained her process thoroughly, which was helpful for us novices, and she was always easy to talk with through out the entire process. We wanted a more "transitional" style than her usual modern style, and she was able to help us with design elements that worked for us. We loved that Nadja will share her opinions with you - we wanted her expertise, but she is flexible enough to work around any specific elements you really love. We hope to work with Nadja again on additional projects, and we highly recommend her.”

“We hired Clever Design and Remodeling to remodel our kitchen in our condo. We had met with two other contracting companies and we were given a similar quote as Clever but to be honest, meeting with Gilli gave me a totally different level of confidence than meeting with the others. We replaced most of the carpeting in our home with European Oak wood flooring which is beautiful. We also had the kitchen cabinets refinished and a new stainless steel over the range microwave installed as well as coordinating new sink fixtures and all new cabinet hardware. Recessed lighting was installed in the living room, kitchen, and master bath with necessary patching and all ceilings painted. Roy was very knowledgeable of all aspects of the project -plumbing, electrical, carpentry- displaying true craftsmanship in his work. Gilli was great to work with, she is very detail oriented and he and his team always left our house and the common areas in the condo building extremely clean (cleaner than it was originally, honestly). The Clever Design and Remodeling team really went above and beyond in making sure we were comfortable and happy with the work. Strongly recommended!!!!”

“We recommend Genuine Kitchen and Bath 100%! They remodeled our entire kitchen and bathroom from the floor up. On-time, clean, and courteous, we trust the whole crew in our home anytime. There were no hiccups with our renovation, no surprise fees or charges--and the work is gorgeous. Little details were added without any management or recommendation on our end and changes we wanted were done promptly. The team assumed responsibility for delays that were our fault or beyond their control. Nice, trustworthy people, superior work.”

“Tom & James, our project managers, did general contract work for me in the kitchen and bathroom. They did a superb job managing the project. I was very pleased. His team worked on the floors, counters, painting and plumbing. 
My favorite is the shower, and bathroom/kitchen cabinets.”

“I hired this firm for a very unique job which turned out above my expectations. Ms. Adkins is an outstanding consultant and provided me with options that I did not know about which is a much more professional approach than some of the more "off-the-shelf" companies that I had dealt with in the past. “Great experience, high value, very reliable and best crew we ever worked with. Mayer’s construction did a home remodeling for us during the last 6 months. It has been a big home remodel for us that took design and build as well. After months spending finding the right company for us, we have choose to work with Mike & Nathan Mayer from Mayer’s construction. A week after finalizing contract we started working with Su & Luis both company’s architect and engineer. We worked on the new plans we agreed and wanted at first and started to have architect drawings ready, when we got into engineering process, both Mayer’s construction and us didn’t know we were suppose to redone so much of the existing footings and reinforce of additional walls as 20 years ago we did a 2nd story addition that was probably made poorly and unprofessional. They were extremely kind and helpful and kept the price as we agreed on and didn’t changed a thing. The plan process and measurements took about a month or so, and finally we were able to submit the plans to the city of San Jose. After getting the permits done and job card set ( overall 5 months of waiting / SJ is a pretty busy city) we got into work schedule and been ready to move out as the entire home going to be demolished. Mike was very organized both managing and scheduling the team, rough materials arrivals, and to us to be fully briefed with details and what we need and when. The process of work was great and on timeline , city did changed a lot during this time period with their inspection delays but it didn’t interrupt with our schedule or timeline due to great management ahead. We just finished our work and we absolutely in love with our new home! New flooring throughout, new kitchen, new bathrooms, complete open floor plan, new stair case, new rooms reconfigured, new paint, new texture, new windows and sliding doors throughout, all new plumbing and electrical. A brand new and beautiful home we got thanks to Mayer’s construction and the team, Mike, Nathan, Raul, Jose and many more who had a added value and did this work absolute best.”
