“Master Bathroom Remodel - Replacement of shower with plumbing fixtures, wall finishes and flooring. Premier Remodeling took charge of the project and coordinated 7 different trades with virtually no disruption to the household. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. The original estimate was a budget for the project - the final billing provided a list of the billings from each trades, supply purchases from each vendor as well as Premier's time and mark up. The process was seamless and easy to understand. Changes made during construction turned into simple decisions in large part due to Premier Remodeling & Design's experience and knowledge. I would recommend this contractor to anyone considering a remodel and I plan on using them for future remodels.”

“McKenzie, the project director, was excellent.. He cheerfully dealt with my sometimes difficult dog, explained eery detail of the job, and called me when he or a subcontractor had to be late. “Paul and his crew at CBI Remodel custom built a buffet for me that I had in my minds eye for at least ten years. Paul listened to me when I told hin what I wanted, measured the space and told me what I might be giving up since I was replacing a bannister with a 20 inch deep buffet and would impact walking room around the diningroom table. I gave him the go ahead, he drew up the plans, showed them to me for final approval and a few weeks later, I had my buffet. It took about 5 hours to tearout the banister, cut the carpet install hardware. We entertained alot this past holiday and literally everone who had been to the house previously was amazed at how much it added to the room and how functional it is. I have a fairly large Music CD collection which is now stored in the buffet and knowing that, Paul installed heavey duty drawer hardware. Tos say I am happy really doesn't even cover it. I can, without reservation say, if you have ANY KIND OF PROJECT that requires a contractor, you won't do any better that Paul and the crew at CBI remodel. Peter Tosi”
