I interviewed several home improvement companies in the northern Virginia area; none matched the knowledge of product information and costs of construction for completely renovating my kitchen. Architectural renditions were exact to specifications;no last-minute changes had to be made. Prior to the beginning of the renovation, costs and date of completion was discussed along with a time line dedicated to the selection of cabinets, floor, tiles, lighting fixtures etc. The crew assigned to my project were courteous, quick, clean and put materials away each day. “James and Taeo Kwon Builders built a beautiful rear entrance with a mudroom closet, bathroom with shower and closet along with a covered patio. They finished on time and on budget despite numerous design changes along the way. They were flexible and accommodating. Their workmanship is superb. They use PVC boards for trim and Hardie cement siding that never has to be painted and will never rot. The tile in the bathroom and floors was laid precisely. They included extras such as a decorative niche and small closet for cleaning supplies in the bathroom and amazingly attractive finishing touches on the covered patio post.”

The project included the removal of all the existing fixtures and tile, replumbing the toilet to accommodate a larger vanity, replacement of the existing window, new lighting, and exhaust fan.
