“Leyla came out for a 2 hour consultation. My intent was to get ideas and colors for a dining room and bathroom. It was totally worth it because Leyla seems to instinctively know design. In her mind's eye she saw a round table where I had been considering to switch out my rectangular dining table for a round one but I hadn't even asked her yet. She pointed to me that of all the pictures I saved for her to see what style attracted me, my current decor did not reflect it, in color or style. Seems like a no brainer and yet I didn't see that until she showed me specifics. She pointed out things like wallpaper and paint meeting without an architectural break was a no no. I never liked the way it looked but didn't know why. She honestly pointed out that my kitchen was too dark, and that I should repaint the dark ceilings. Her manner is direct, honest and cheerfully friendly. I had a long list of questions and she addressed every one satisfactorily whether it was about draperies, wall colors or furnishings. I would hire Leyla again. Sorry no pictures yet. Because I'm acting as my own general contractor and doing a lot of the work myself it is taking longer than anticipated, perhaps I can attach a photo later on.”

“Vivian Khoury of Khoury Design assisted us in designing our master bathroom and closet. She listened to our "wants" and ideas and incorporated them into her design. She was there at the beginning until the project was completed, and always available whenever needed. Lucky for us too, because no detail went unnoticed...she was on top of everything. Now that the project is complete and we are using the master bathroom and closet, there is nothing we would change! For the time she spent on our project, her fees were more than fair. She is very easy to work with and we feel fortunate to have selected her.”

“Kimberley and BEN had done a complete remodel of my son’s home that was just magnificent. Therefore, I couldn’t wait to have them start on my project, already knowing the great work that they do. How do I even begin to describe the magnificent spa bathroom that Kimberley and Ben and all of their craftsman have created for me. It is beyond my expectations!! The workmanship that their craftsman demonstrated is second to none. I was amazed at how Hard they worked and with such care. They were all very kind and respectful, and it was a pleasure to have them in my home. Kimberley and BEN are simply the BEST at what they do, and they have built an incredible team of craftsman to work with them. .I have at least one more project that I have in mind in my home and I will definitely contact Kimberley and Ben again. I Give them the highest recommendation possible.”

“When I decided to have my rather useless walk-in pantry redesigned and update the lighting in my family room, I contacted Cindy at Unique Techniques. Cindy has a great eye for good design and knows what works and what does not. She was able to problem solve areas that I thought had no solution, particularly when coming up with lighting solutions for my family room. Cindy is also a pleasure to work with and understood exactly what result I was looking for. Cindy worked closely with the contractor who was hired to implement the changes and the project came together without a hitch. I now have a very workable mini-butler’s pantry with wine cooler, granite counters for my appliances, movable shelves, a floor to ceiling unit of Lazy-Susan style shelves to efficiently store items and new lighting so I can actually see what is in the pantry. I would recommend Unique Techniques to anyone who is building a new home or remodeling.”

“We first hired WDS Remodeling and Renovation to replace all of the windows in our home. They did a fabulous job and we are extremely pleased with the work they did and with the windows. We then hired the firm to do a complete kitchen remodel and re-tile the entire bottom floor with slate. The quote we received we very fair and we hired them. The job took two months, as promised, and the results were stunning. We ended up paying what was quoted - there were no change orders or additional charges, except for the extras we added ourselves (bigger baseboards, additional tile on the fireplace, etc.). The workers were very courteous and professional. The job was inherently messy, but the crew kept the house and work areas as clean as they could. We would hire this firm for future work without hesitation and have recommended Dave and his crew to a number of friends who are considering some level of remodeling. We have nothing but the highest praise for WDS Remodeling and Renovation.”
