“A PROJECT THAT WAS OUT OF STATE AT OUR NEW LAKE HOUSE. EXTREMELY ORGANIZED AND SEAMLESS, WHICH MADE FOR EVERYTHING TO FALL INTO PLACE. RETURNS CALLS IMMEDIATLY WITH ANSWERS TO ANY ISSUES THAT MAY HAVE OCCURRED! “Charlie was a pleasure to work with regarding my new kitchen countertops & backsplash. He went above & beyond every step of the way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, while also providing an outstanding customer experience. Charlie was super responsive & checked-in often. I never had to wonder about next steps as Charlie always made sure I knew what to expect. I was quite comfortable trusting his management of the process. When installation began, he arrived promptly with a very experienced & professional team. When the countertops were done, they were mindful of my home & cleaned up well. There was nothing for me to do, but enjoy my new countertops. The next day was the installation of the backsplash, again, Charlie showed up promptly with an experienced professional to do the job. The entire experience was a pleasure and the end result exceeded expectations. I highly recommend Kitchen Solvers of Grayslake & the exceptional teams they work with!”

“We live in Wisconsin, but own a rental property in Tempe, AZ. We needed to remodel the kitchen. That meant that we needed to be able to shop in WI, but have everything shipped to AZ. Tiffany worked for Lowes at the time. She spent hours with me setting up the kitchen, drawing plans, creating quotes and shopping for the best price. She even talked to the contractor in AZ. She was amazing. I was disappointed when she left the Kenosha store. Her new location is too long of a drive. Thank you, Tiffany. Our kitchen is beautiful.”

“Dana Evans could not have been more responsive, helpful and attentive with our kitchen remodel. We were gone during the time cabinets were measured and ordered and countertops were installed. Dana checked on the workmanship and kept us in the loop via email. Months after the cabinets were installed, and only when we returned to our vacation home, we discovered that the company had sent the wrong cabinet. Dana contacted them and arranged for a replacement. We could not be happier with her outstanding service.”

“Lotus Home Improvement made our complete kitchen renovation a pleasant and satisfying experience! It was obvious right away that Marcus and Camille knew what they were talking about. They are a husband and wife team who both work very hard and compliment each other so well too. They did an initial visit and did measurements, showed us pictures of their past work and listened to what we had in mind. They came back a short time later and had created a beautiful design based on our needs and wants for us and guided us to the right cabinet choices. I really appreciated them always trying to point out where less expensive choices would be good, so we could spend where we needed to and save where it was ok to save. We are extremely happy with how it turned out. The installation went so well too. Their installation crew is fantastic! On time everyday, clean and remarkable work. Marcus warned us about the chance of unforeseen issues and he was diligent with keeping us informed every step of the way. I would not hesitate to use them again if I should have to do a remodeling project in the future. If you have a remodeling project, please use support this family business.
