“If you want top notch work this is the company. I consider myself to be very picky as does any contractor that works for me except DJI. My highest of expectations are what they do on every job. This is where you go when you want it done right and want to show off to your friends and neighbors what was done. The design suggestions were great. I thought I came with the perfect design but DJI had a few sugestions that were really cool. The project was done in the exact time frame promised. Every day the work area was cleaned so I could walk in and not track anything out. The rest of my house went on as normal with no disturbances. The job came in a little under budget, really under budget (if you don't know that NEVER happens in construction). The price was also great. I wasn't looking for the cheapest price since it is impossible to get quality for the cheapest price. I do believe DJI is the lowest price of all the quality companies doing the right job and not just a little lower some were 40% higher. If you want a lower price than DJI do it yourself, if you want a project done that you will love you will have DJI do it.”

“I have only the highest praise for the excellent quality work Patty and Leo performed. I first consulted with Patty on the kitchen design. She had thoughtful recommendations to make regarding each aspect of the design. She was dedicated to making sure the design reflected MY wishes, MY style, within a budget that I considered reasonable. As we began looking for materials, such as the granite for counter tops, I felt as if Patty was just as interested in finding that "perfect" item as I was. She was not going to settle for second-best. As demolition and reconstruction started, River Oak continued to provide excellent quality. The trades people they brought in (plumbing, heating, electrical, dry wall, painting) were all very professional, and committed to providing excellent quality service. At the end of each day, the room was carefully swept and tidied up. River Oak diligently kept to the schedule they initially proposed; the only slip was caused by faulty material received from a supplier. Equally, the budget remained constant. All the change orders processed resulted in less than 1/2 of 1% additional expenditures than the original contract. I could not be more pleased with my beautiful new kitchen!”
