We went from drab white spindles & boring carpet to fab rod iron spindles and solid hardwood stairs. :) They were very polite, timely, courteous, conscientious, and paid great attention to detail. They finished the project in the time they promised (major bonus!). If we had questions they took the time to make sure we were satisfied. Ryan was always available to answer our questions and hear our suggestions (and, believe me, we are very particular with our home!). Some came and measured but never gave us the quote and others had quotes that were unaffordable. Roger came when he said he would and gave us a prompt quote that was very affordable. He helped with the tile selection and made the process enjoyable. He said the job would take one week and it did. His men were very courteous and respectable of our home. They showed up on time everyday. They worked hard and were very particular and precise with their work, always cleaning up at the end of the day. She was instrumental in helping me with design ideas and she was very knowledgable, making suggestions that I would not have considered. Amanda played a major role in the success of our project and she was our point person. Communication is profoundly important to me and Amanda never disappointed.
