When mistakes were made - and with a job this big there were going to be mistakes - Mike owned these and worked to correct them. Were there anything left in the house to redo, I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Mike again.”

“I wanted to treat myself to an updated closet. Thought about DIYing it, but called Closet Factory instead to get an estimate. They sent Moogie K and i am so glad that they did. She is simply THE BEST! She is very professional, respectful and personable! If she says she will have info to you by a certain time, she means it! She went above and beyond to help me out. I had no clue how much such a project would cost, but Moogie worked within my budget. She followed up with me regarding everything. She even stopped by while the installers were here and I really really appreciated that! Once I got my initial project done I called for a follow up to get an additional piece(a dresser) to complete the look. Called my girl Moogie and she did not disappoint! I brag about her to anyone who will listen. I have referred her to two friends and once this covid19 is over, they will be calling her! ...AND so will I to help complete other projects! “I love my new tub and tile. I am likely to hire this company again for my Kitchen remodel after a few other higher priority jobs are done. Cemil and Henry took very good care of us and setting up the job was easy. A few notes about the kind of work asked for. We needed to replace tub, tile and fix plaster damage on the first floor that was directly under a hole in the old tub. Kitchen and Bath Shop solved these issues and the work was wonderful. The workers gave good expectations on when they would arrive on site. They were very respectful and friendly. They took very good care to protect my home from scuffs. There were maybe two small places where grout/plaster ended up in an unexpected place (near my bathroom doorknob and a small splat on my toilet bowl) however I probably just need a putty knife to sand down remove that. No remodel goes perfectly, there was a snafu with the supplier that ended up with us installing a different color accent tile than originally planned. There was also a delay in getting tile, but in the days of Covid, we were prepared for that. However, the company gave us a discount and did not charge for the plaster repair, which more than made up for the alteration. The more I look at the finished product, the more I am happier with the result. Work took seven days to complete, due to a delay in receiving tile. Cemil did mention that it could be up to two weeks to finish the job, so he set realistic expectations. The workers were very professional. And my family can shower like we live in a hotel.”

Vicki also came to my house to meet with the installers ( also excellent) and checked in periodically as the work progressed. There was a problem with two of the cabinet doors-Vicki immediately had them replaced and picked up and returned the doors to the manufacturer herself. She also patiently answered all of my questions.”

“I engaged Jeff as part of my kitchen remodel project. We did not ultimately elect to go with his company for the project, but he had great ideas, has a deep understanding of the engineering/structural aspects of remodeling and tried to go the extra mile to bring ideas to the table. Pricing was very competitive and in the range of other providers. Only reason we elected to go with another vendor was because we were doing some custom woodwork and he would have had to engage an outside partner to assist (that may have changed since early 2015). I felt more comfortable having everything fall under one company. If you're in the NoVa area I would recommend calling him out to provide design and estimate for your project.”

“I hired Loar Construction to remodel my kitchen, take out a wall between my formal living room and family room, install new hardwood floors on my entire first floor, steps, and second floor hallway, install new tile floors in my kitchen and two of my bathrooms, along with remodeling my master bathroom, and moving some of my existing doors and windows.
