“Ivan came highly recommended to us by numerous reputable contracting companies. We entrusted him with analyzing the existent problems with moisture in our bathrooms and he corrected these issues above and beyond our expectations! The result is beautiful, the work is meticulous, the team was extremely reliable and all was completed in a timely and clean manner! Ivan even uses high technology imaging to prove the dissapearance of moisture after his work is completed. We plan on remodelling our kitchen in the very near future and will hire Ivan in a heartbeat!”

“Don't ever use this contractor. Always late, no answers back, bad job, never a follow up was done. Didn't follow the structural engineering plans. The work isn't even finished and we are 4 months after the planned due date.”
