They took time to understand what we were trying to achieve from the outset, which compared to at least 2 other kitchen companies we had used before, was a refreshing change. The designer clearly knew what questions to ask us which made us think about our initial design. He was excellent. The administration/organisation of the job was detailed and accurate, again something that has let us down previously.
