“I have had work done by this company over several years. I go back to them because I have been more than happy with the quality of work, the after service and the friendly staff. I have had a kitchen fitted, then a bathroom, and two sets of fitted wardrobes. They employ reliable tradesmen. They listen to the client so you get what you want. I will use them again!”

“We first spoke with Ricky at Richards & Richards in March of 2019, and were immediately impressed by the way that he and all the other staff treated us. He came out, measured up, taking into account what we were looking for at that time. He came up with ideas that we had not considered, and invited us back to the showroom after a week or so to see the 3D designs, which helped us to visualise the look of our new kitchen. Both my wife & I were absolutely amazed by how he had managed to make our kitchen look so different and so much bigger. There was absolutely no hard sell whatsoever! We threw Ricky a number of ‘Curve Balls’ resulting in him having to amend his design…….yet again. To say that he has the patience of a saint is an understatement! I cannot say how pleased we were with the way that the installation was organised and project managed. We knew exactly what was being done, by who and on what days. Everyone who worked on our project was courteous and respectful of our property, it was a messy job but they kept it to a minimum and always cleaned up every day. The quality of workmanship carried out and quality of materials is fantastic. Rick who did the installation was fabulous, nothing was too much trouble for him. No job goes without hitches and problems, it is how a company deals with them that shows how good it’s service is, and R&R get 10 out of 10 in respect of this. Ricky, Rick, Lawrence, Brett, Danny, Mark and team & Rick C, thank you all very much!!”

“Just had my kitchen designed and fitted by SKO. This is the second kitchen they have supplied and fitted in two different homes for us and once again have been thoroughly impressed. The service from start to finish had been very professional, no pushy sales just honest open advice and suggestions from Simon who designed our fabulous kitchen. Scott and his fitting team were really professional too and always left the place as clean and tidy as possible at the end of each day. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an amazing new kitchen. Order number 112286-c”

“We had an area of approx 100sqm to work with for our kitchen. We decided on a hand painted shaker style kitchen for its timeless qualities and contemporary look, We set about researching and finding the right company, which involved travelling to London, Cheshire, leamington Spa and Birmingham. Russell & Hutton were our choice. They were very proffesional during the design, installation and finishing process. Their installers were very skilled and accommodating. We found the team at R&H down to earth, practical and knowledgeable. Out of all the high end kitchen companies we visited they were the only one who knew their product inside and out. When we visited their showroom we simply loved their kitchens. I am very particular and admire a well made product and identified almost immediately that R&H had a passion for quality and tasteful design. They were straight forward when it came to pricing, specification of materials and appliances, with no hidden costs. We did not want to scrimp on our kitchen but at no time was there any hard sell as their product speaks for itself. I’ve lost count of the positive comments we have had on our kitchen. What we have now has surpassed our expectations. My wife and I had no hesitation in placing our order and would gladly recommend R&H to anyone else.”

“Mary brought a practical and well-informed approach to what was a complex problem. She was highly focused and enthusiastic, and brought in good tradesmen to ensure that the project was completed. The kitchen design is great. Her advice with regard to appliances, use of work space, type of surface etc. were invaluable. Six months on and the novelty still has not worn off. I would highly recommend Designer Kitchen Direct.”
