“I have had work done by this company over several years. I go back to them because I have been more than happy with the quality of work, the after service and the friendly staff. I have had a kitchen fitted, then a bathroom, and two sets of fitted wardrobes. They employ reliable tradesmen. They listen to the client so you get what you want. I will use them again!”

“We first spoke with Ricky at Richards & Richards in March of 2019, and were immediately impressed by the way that he and all the other staff treated us. He came out, measured up, taking into account what we were looking for at that time. He came up with ideas that we had not considered, and invited us back to the showroom after a week or so to see the 3D designs, which helped us to visualise the look of our new kitchen. Both my wife & I were absolutely amazed by how he had managed to make our kitchen look so different and so much bigger. There was absolutely no hard sell whatsoever! We threw Ricky a number of ‘Curve Balls’ resulting in him having to amend his design…….yet again. To say that he has the patience of a saint is an understatement! I cannot say how pleased we were with the way that the installation was organised and project managed. We knew exactly what was being done, by who and on what days. Everyone who worked on our project was courteous and respectful of our property, it was a messy job but they kept it to a minimum and always cleaned up every day. The quality of workmanship carried out and quality of materials is fantastic. Rick who did the installation was fabulous, nothing was too much trouble for him. No job goes without hitches and problems, it is how a company deals with them that shows how good it’s service is, and R&R get 10 out of 10 in respect of this. Ricky, Rick, Lawrence, Brett, Danny, Mark and team & Rick C, thank you all very much!!”

The actual build quality of the kitchen units is of a really high standard, incorporating great functionality along with style, durability and robustness. The customer service we received from the staff at GKD during the planning, fitting and on completion was very impressive, always a prompt, knowledgeable and helpful response. Couldn't recommend this company more, would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to a number of friends & family. Delighted with our kitchen.”

“Gareth at Houseproud was amazing, he listened to our needs carefully and gave us plenty of options around the design of our new kitchen. We wanted to make sure we got the best for our budget and Gareth delivered this for us. The quality of the kitchen was above and beyond my expectations and the fitting process went perfect! “We have commissioned many pieces of work over the years, including a beautiful farmhouse kitchen, a wonderful sculptural dresser, and more recently a lovely utility kitchen. We continue to use Carved Wood Design Bespoke Kitchens because of the quality of workmanship, attention to detail, and the highly original unparalleled bespoke designs that are unlike anything else on the market. Gareth always listens very carefully to our, quite often exacting design requirements, and his interpretations are nothing short of breath taking. I would recommend Carved wood design bespoke kitchens to anyone seeking an original bespoke kitchen design, along with sublime workmanship, a truly rare 21st century concept.”
