Some came and measured but never gave us the quote and others had quotes that were unaffordable. Roger came when he said he would and gave us a prompt quote that was very affordable. She was instrumental in helping me with design ideas and she was very knowledgable, making suggestions that I would not have considered. Not that I would expect the free replacement but her willingness to provide stellar customer support long after the project was complete speaks volumes.
