“My family and I pooled our money together to get me a new condominium in Reseda, CA. We got it for an incredibly good price, but it needed extensive remodeling work. I needed to remove the carpet and replace it with wooden tiles, re-paint the entire place, fix up the wiring, and the plumbing and I needed to redo the entire bathroom. It was no easy matter. What was even more problematic was that the current house I was living in is being foreclosed on and I had roughly 3 months to move out. My step mom knew about US Home Developers through a friend of hers who hired the company before, so she pressured me to look into them. I was sort of new to the whole experience but US Home Developers made it extremely easy. They were up front about the cost and time estimates, and were willing to work with me to provide the best solutions for the limited budget I had. Every day I would come to the condo after work and see what has progressed. I was constantly amazed at the speed by which everything was taken care of. The bathroom was the longest and hardest part because of all the necessary plumbing. They redid the tiles in the kitchen, and replaced all the carpets with the hardwood flooring that I wanted. They actually ended up finishing 2 weeks earlier than I had to move out and I was thrilled because it game a lot of time to move in and get settled. As someone who was entirely new to the experience of having a remodeling job done, I was really amazed at how easy, and great US Home Developers has made the experience.”

She saw our limited wall space in a larger open area, oddly positioned fireplace, rug inset, and other challenges not as the insurmountable design challenges that had left us tired and overwhelmed. “So Cal Builders and Design did a massive remodeling job on my condominium earlier this year in March. The condo was bought by me last year for a really great value, relative to living in L.A. heh, but the problem was it was fairly "worn" from use from the previous tenants who I gathered weren't particularly good neighbors. Regardless, with the great value that So Cal Builders gave me when I called them over to go over the estimate, made it all worth while. I had a limited budget, but they worked with what I had. Regardless of the limitations, they did a fantastic job with the kitchen by adding new cabinets, re-flooring and re-painting the kitchen walls. The living room and the hallway got a brand new coat of paint, and they removed the ugly and stained carpet to replace with laminate flooring. My girlfriend and I wanted them to make sure they paid extra attention to the bathroom and bedroom. So that was where the majority of the work went. Not to mention that the bathroom was a god awful mess that needed a new plumbing job! We replaced the bath tub that was taking so much space with a standing shower, which gave us tons more room, new vanity and lighting. Over all the job was fantastically done!”

“We have worked with Flat Rate before. It was on a project to expand the back of our house. This included a new laundry room, bathroom and a lovely new large bedroom. We are very happy with the work that they did. It has been two years now. The work was excellent. The work was done in a timely manner and they finished before the dead line. The cost was above average but the quality of the work was well worth it. The attention from the project manager to detail was excellent and we felt that we had the companies full attention. They still are willing to come and fix anything that we might see come up to fix. This last project is a little different. It is a little smaller project. We had Flat Rate remodel our existing bathroom. Again the bathroom is lovely and we are very happy with it. But we had some bumps and delays along the way. We do feel that the project manger could have checked in more often and the foreseeing of ordering supplies and having them on hand to finish different stages of the project could have been better. The work did not finished by the deadline that I wanted and finished two day past the contract deadline. Flat Rate tried their best to make up for the delays by sending workers to the house on weekends after some persistent phone calls. Everyone at Flat Rate's customer service is very nice and ben's over backward to help. Two thumbs up to Leslie. Over all would strongly recommend Flat Rate for bigger projects.”

“Dreamers Kitchen and Bath completely transformed our kitchen. I rarely write reviews on Houzz but this place really deserves a five star one! Our house is about forty years old and the kitchen is that ugly, 70s avocado tint. We took out a wall for more space.
