“We hired Kelly Zamonski of The Kitchen Place to completely gut our kitchen in our 90 year old house. We wanted to keep the new design vintage, with the character of the old house. We worked on the layout and design ahead of time, with Kelly spending a great deal of time researching our many choice combinations. This was an excellent experience with this team that took us from design through completion of the project. These people are extremely professional and competent. I have already signed a contract for a second project in my home and will continue to use Centerville Building and Design in the future. Our remodel is beautiful, and in the end everything and more than we originally envisioned. I attribute all this to this company because at the outset of the project I had little idea with what could be done, only that what we had was outdated and not fully functional. “This was our second home and our second kitchen remodel with Kitchen Concepts. Third if you count a small kitchen and wet bar he created for us. Pat Ryan is an incredible designer with excellent sense of how people work in a kitchen. The 'minimum acceptable standards' such as clearances between a dishwasher and an island are thrown out the door, and Pat gives you a kitchen that truly functions. Angled cabinets and clipped corners to allow for better traffic flow. Pots and pans drawers that can hold enough cookware for a gourmet chef. A 'stuff' location with outlets for phone chargers. Pat's brother, Rich, serves as the General Contractor and between the two of them, nothing falls through the cracks. There is excellent communication between them and tremendous attention to detail.”

“Harcon Construction has been my construction company of choice since 2001. They start your project and return everyday until its completion. They do affordable quality work and they believe in cleaning up their work area every day. They have completed the following projects in our home: family room and bathroom addition in an unfinished basement, bathroom and utility room remodel and a partial kitchen remodel. They will suggest and do extra little touches that make the room a little special. I will not consider hiring anyone else.”

She provided me with swatches of fabric for my chairs, and suggested they be made with a complimentary fabric on the flip side. When the base for the table arrived and there was damage in shipping, Debbie was quick to handle the exchange and resolve the problem with the shipper. In no time the new base arrived. Everything looks great, and the table, chairs and cushions were (and still are) a great addition to my kitchen.”
