“We purchased a house built in the mid 70s that hadn't been touched since the mid 70s. We've spent the last four years fixing up almost every room in the house, and the kitchen was the last room we had left. While we were happy with the other rooms, we weren't excited about the contractors we had used to complete the jobs. Going into the kitchen remodel we were half expecting another average experience, but the final product is exactly what we wanted. We are very pleased with how our kitchen turned out. I love everything about it. The job was completed within the timeframe quoted and on budget. There were a few hiccups here and there, but they were all addressed and resolved timely and efficiently. All of the crew - Roy, Troy and Apollo are very friendly, responsive and responsible. I would recommend them to anybody looking to remodel their kitchen.”

“Christy designed the kitchen, bathroom and closet for my remodel, as well as much much more. Working on the layout, functionality and esthetics. She is intuative, creative and extremely talented. She listened and understood what I wanted and then improved upon that vision dramatically creating a flawless and beautiful result. “Sharon did a complete remodel on our Activity Center last year and we still get compliments almost daily. Any new resident who comes through our doors are completely impressed with the beauty of our center. Sharon is personable and so talented. She gave me choices which she recommended which allowed me to be a part of the design element. As we were on a strict budget, she even shopped resale shops for some of our furnishings and repurposed older furniture to make it look like new! Several people who have been to our center have hired her after seeing our building. We are located at 105 Cross Creek in Lakeway (8-5 M-f) if you want to check it out for yourself.”

“We approached UBK to design cabinets for our whole house remodel: kitchen, dining, wet bar, bathrooms and laundry. From start to finish they did an EXCELLENT job at a price that was hard to believe. After initial discussions, selections and measurements, their designer used a 3D CAD tool to visually map each cabinet into the limited space we had in each room. Once we agreed on a final designs for each room they presented a bid that came in 30% less than we had expected. We chose the MidContinent line, all-wood custom cabinets manufactured in Kansas. Cabinets were ordered and delivered within 4 weeks. The installation crew spent about a week putting in all the cabinets which included several pieces that were custom-built on site. Afterwards they spent an additional 2-3 weeks on small touch-up jobs and replacement of several pieces that did not meet Adam's high quality standards. In the end we couldn't believe how good everything looked! Of all the contractors we had working on this remodel, UBK absolutely provided the best service and value. Every crew member, from sales to delivery and installation, were extremely professional and friendly. Unlike most contractors who will come in, do a job and leave, Adam's crews are committed to one thing: customer satisfaction. We will gladly recommend UBK to anyone considering cabinets!”

“Jason came in gave me a quote and a time frame and showed up on time a worked on my bathroom. Showed up everyday when he said he would. If he ran into any type of problem, he would let me know and usually have a solution ready for me, which usually worked quite well. I hired him a second time to do some touch ups in the kitchen and he did a subperb job there as well. Will definitely recommend him to everyone I know.”

“Tier 1 has managed a number of projects at our home in Austin. These have included rehabbing the master bath, re-insulating the attic, replacing A/C units, configuring outdoor drainage, and much more. In some cases the professionals used to perform duties were Tier 1 employees, and in others, outside contractors of their selection. We have had good results with Tier 1, with jobs generally being completed on time and within budget, with high quality workmanship and materials.”
