They did subway tiles in in the shower and they look fantastic. The flooring and paint job on the walls are beautiful. They did a great job keeping the area clean while they worked. “We hired Vlada to renovate a 1070's bathroom with worn vanity and PINK tile in one of our single family rental houses. The agreement was for him to do all demolition and replace the flooring and walls. In addition, he was to convert a useless hall closet into a useful series of shelves in the new bathroom. The results were spectacular--so much so that we hired him to renovate a second bathroom and to enclose a window and reconstruct part of a wall in another rental house. We then asked him to "spruce up" a third bathroom in a third house and could not believe our eyes when we saw what he accomplished with only a bit of drywall compound, caulking, and paint! It was hard to believe it was the same bathroom. We fear we might working against our best interests in writing this review because we intend to hire Vlada for all future real estate improvements and hope he'll not become so busy he won't have time for all the work we have in our single family rental home business. We are NEW AGAIN HOMES with a BBB rating of A+ which means we can't afford to write exaggerated reviews that would damage our own reputation. you can trust our word when we say Vlada will be the "go to" person for us for so long as we have renovation projects to be done. Our own home will be the next venue on the list of projects for which we intend to hire Vlada. And by the way, he's an exceptionally nice person with quite reasonable rates! He's fast, which is extremely important in our business, and he's also 100% dependable. He comes up with creative solutions to "sticky" problems and turns eyesores into items of beauty! “Let me begin by stating that you will look long and hard to find a craftsman like Rick Childs of RC Carpentry. His work is absolutely impeccable. If you want the job done on time, in the most professional manner you've ever experienced, and with no hassles ..... RC Carpentry is your best bet. My wife and I had Rick redo a portion of our master bathroom and a complete basement job. Rick helped us with our design layout (two tiered bar, theater room, billiards area, workout room, storage space, custom bath), many upgrades, and the project turned out flawlessly. He has a great eye for layout and he and his team pay the greatest attention to detail. They also clean up their workspace every night and went as far as vacuuming our floors, the entire basement, and wiping down the entire space before leaving every evening. Their attention to detail is absolutely amazing and I fealt as though they treated my home as they would their own. During our project, there were no surprises and the communication was terrific the entire time. We did make some alterations during the process, but Rick and his team were flexible and helped us keep track of these with mutually agreed-upon change orders. The final bill was a non-event as we were both on the same page. Finally - the enitire project was completed on time !!! (A virtual rarity for contracted projects). In closing - all of the skilled trades that came to our home during Rick's management of our project were amazing. You could count on Rick being there day in and day out (yes, Rick and his team never missed a day of production at our home during the project - no delays, no rescheduling .... nothing like this at all) to manage the flow of work, but EVERYONE we came in contact with during the job were high quality craftsman and highly skilled in their respective trades (drywall, plumbing, tile work, painting, granite work, cabinetry). They were all friendly, cordial, on-time, and their work was all rock solid. If you want the job done right, in a manner you'd be proud of in the end, on time, with zero hassles; don't give it one more thought.
