She was there at the beginning until the project was completed, and always available whenever needed. Lucky for us too, because no detail went unnoticed...she was on top of everything. Now that the project is complete and we are using the master bathroom and closet, there is nothing we would change! For the time she spent on our project, her fees were more than fair. She is very easy to work with and we feel fortunate to have selected her.”

“I worked directly with Marie "Goldie" a real professional. Ordering our new kitchen cabinets, countertops, paint, and hardware these past six months. After interviewing four other cabinet companies in our area, I settled with Meek's because their cabinets [Wellborn] are a real family owned and operated business. Goldie represents Wellborn Cabinets exceptionally. Goldie has walked me through all of the phases of our remodel. She knows her business and worked with me on color and style choices that will work wonderfully in our home. We started working on this kitchen remodel in January, taking our time to update plumbing, electrical, insulation, new windows, flooring, and sheetrock. We are now awaiting our cabinets to be installed the end of this month. [July 2014]. I will add photos of before and after in August 2014.”

Cindy has a great eye for good design and knows what works and what does not. She was able to problem solve areas that I thought had no solution, particularly when coming up with lighting solutions for my family room. Cindy is also a pleasure to work with and understood exactly what result I was looking for. Cindy worked closely with the contractor who was hired to implement the changes and the project came together without a hitch. I now have a very workable mini-butler’s pantry with wine cooler, granite counters for my appliances, movable shelves, a floor to ceiling unit of Lazy-Susan style shelves to efficiently store items and new lighting so I can actually see what is in the pantry. “We initially contracted with Guchi Interior Design for window treatment and new flooring in our living room back in September 2010. Since then, we have used Bruce & Katherine to completely redo our kitchen and update our two bathrooms. Our first project, we did our Paris-themed hall bath, which won an award from the NKBA for small baths in 2015. Bruce & his contractors worked very hard to completely tear out the old bath tub and install a beautiful walk in curb-less shower. Katherine worked with me to get the design and color theme that I wanted. We finished this project in October 2013. Next, we started the kitchen project, complete tear-out of the old tile flooring, cabinets & old appliances. Although our kitchen did not win any awards, it was featured in the 2015 NKBA California Capital Chapter Member Directory on page 46. Everyone we know simply loves our kitchen, especially me. We completed the kitchen project in July 2014. Our final project we completed in November 2014. We contracted again with Bruce & Katherine to have our old shower torn out and a new curb-less shower installed. Plus, repainted the cabinets and installed Quartz on the counters along with 2 new sinks. We have been extremely happy with their work and design. They hire the best sub contractors who are careful and very talented. Their tile guy, James, is the best!!”

“After we purchased our home we decided to remodel and upgrade with a full new kitchen with countertops, capret, wood floor, tile, all new appliances, and interior paint. This also included electrical and plumbing. The thought of finding the right contractors to do these jobs was overwhelming for us as we have never done this before. Lisa Pugmire took away this overwhelming stress. She was knowledgeable in all these areas. If she did not know the answer she would immediately find the correct source to our question. Lisa Pugmire was genuinly kind, patient with our numerous questions, understanding of our needs, always happy with a smile and full of energy. I always felt welcomed and important. I was never rushed. She helped us work with our budget and to keep things on track. Lisa kept in contact with us often during our remodel and would returned our calls promptly. She also made herself available when we needed to meet with her. When it came time for installs Lisa knew that I was nervous about the transition. I asked for her to be present during the job and she was. This was a tremendous relief. It was nice to have someone on site who was knowledgeable about our project. She made sure all went smoothly. She even caught a few situations before things were done incorrectly. I can only imagine if she were not there what a pain it would have been to fix. We are grateful for the time, effort and commitment that Lisa gave to us during our remodel. I would and do highly recommend Lisa Pugmire for in home remodel. We love our new home!”
