Classic Kitchens Direct

We went to see a competitor to CDK and happened to go to their showroom by mistake, The salesman could have easily just led us on but explained that they were in fact a different company and pointed us in the right direction. After our appointment with the competitor, we came back and had a proper look around, on first glance they are very similar products, but CKD cabinetry just felt nicer, and the painting finish was a lot nicer. We ended up buying from CKD and can’t fault them on the whole process. We love our new kitchen and are incredibly happy we made a mistake on the address!

I am fairly sure I am the customer from Hell that no one wants, I often find I am dealt with quite abruptly by salespeople who have had enough of my seemingly silly questions. CKD could not have been more different to this, they were efficient, knowledgeable, and made me feel as if my questions weren’t so ridiculous! I also love my new kitchen. Thank you CKD

We went to several Handmade Kitchen Specialists dotted around the UK, before we decided. From the moment we went into their Christchurch Showroom, we were impressed by the knowledge, Can Do attitude and friendliness of the staff. On top of that they were also the quickest to get back to us with designs, quotes, changes, etc.

We saw a display from CKD in Cookes furniture in Christchurch, we weren’t actually initially wanting a new kitchen, just some furniture for a dining room, we have since had dining room, kitchen, and boot room all done by CKD, nothing seems too much trouble for them, and they were all really polite.

I am delighted with my new kitchen, we had it delivered, fitted, worktops installed and painted, all arranged by CKD. I am highly impressed with their services and cost. Full marks to them.

This is our second handmade kitchen, first one from a competitor, and the latest from CKD and we are so pleased we went with them, we were happy enough with the one from one of their competitors, but now we have seen and used both there really is no contest. If you are shopping around for a Handmade kitchen, our advice would be take a proper look in person!

If I ever move and need a new kitchen again, I don’t think I will ever trust anybody else than Classic Kitchens. The one we have is absolutely amazing, and the process was simple and through throughout.

We had quotes from probably five different places we found on Google. On the face of it they all seemed to offer very similar products for very similar prices, but we took the time to go and visit them all and see the showrooms. I am really glad we did, the difference in quality was just astounding. Classic Kitchens cabinets were better in my opinion better than the others we saw, on top of that John the designer I dealt with was always really helpful, came up with some ideas no one else had suggested and genuinely seemed interested in me and my project. We have ended up with a dream kitchen at a price that we really love.

I had a kitchen from Classic Kitchens Direct for my new extension, the kitchen is lovely and everyone that see’s it is just bowled over. We had a few problems on site, mainly due to us using our “builder” to fit the kitchen, CKD had done a quote for their guys to fit for us, but it was a few hundred pounds more than the builder quoted, so I went with the builder, This as I found out to my cost was a mistake. He “fitted” it but we weren’t happy so I spoke to CKD and agreed that they would send their guys to look for me, within 5 minutes of them arriving I wished I had gone down this route the first time. They rectified all the issues within a few hours, and made the kitchen look so much better – Levelled doors that had been fitted incorrectly, aligned drawers, etc. If we move in the future I will definitely buy another kitchen and definitely use their recommended fitters.

Excellent service from Classic Kitchens Direct from bespoke design through manufacture and delivery. The product build quality is superb and the attention to detail excellent. Delighted with our Classic Kitchens Direct kitchen. The design and planning stage was very straightforward with no pressure. Passing layouts back and forth till we were 100% happy. And the units themselves are top quality. Recommended.

I used Classic Kitchens for my new kitchen, as I wanted lots of bespoke features I had found on different websites. I struggled to find anyone to do this, but CKD took it all in their stride and did everything I wanted and more. The reaction of people that come into my kitchen is always the same now - they just stop and say Wow..... I love it
