The whole experience of having Kütchenhaus in Bath design my kitchen was a joy. Ben and I met a couple of times at the showroom and during my visits he took the time to understand my taste and space requirements, suggesting elements and adapting as the design evolved. He undertook a home visit quickly and efficiently, which was followed up with a survey by a very experienced local fitter who provided a really reasonable quote. The final design is an absolute beauty and perfectly reflects what I’d hoped for in my new home. I really can’t recommend highly enough the quality of the product and knowledgeable, friendly and helpful service provided by the Bath Kütchenhaus team.

Customer service and attention to detail at the very highest level. From initial consultation to final sign-off, every care was taken to make sure we have the kitchen we hoped for. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. I can honestly say that the design and installation service, and the desire to get it right at every stage was faultless. The whole team at Kutchenhaus Bath were great throughout our project. From initial design to the ordering process (and changing the arrival date many times due to builders) through to the delivery and ease of the install - our independent installer said it was one of the easiest he’d done all year. A top quality product with excellent service. Compared to other kitchen companies we’d gone through the process with Kutchenhaus were miles ahead in all aspects. Thoroughly recommend.

Kutchenhaus Bristol have been brilliant from start to finish. Our new kitchen is everything we hoped for thanks to Elliott. He has great ideas, enthusiasm and knowledge, and thinks really carefully about both the aesthetic and ergonomic aspects. Elliott is so patient and listened really carefully to the specific things we wanted/needed for our kitchen and utility room, and all of these were incorporated in his designs. As our house build went on, Elliott was very responsive and liaised really well with our builders and came up with solutions really quickly when our room dimensions had to slightly change, which made something that should have been stressful feel totally manageable. Patrick and the project management team were great, they were flexible in adjusting delivery dates with our build and Patrick was really responsive in helping sort out any issues. The kitchen looks fantastic, it’s just how we pictured it, we’re really pleased with the quality and design of the units and appliances, and we feel it’s very good value. We could not rate the team at Kutchenhaus Bristol highly enough. They have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Elliott's knowledge and design skills are fantastic. He is so good at what he does - he has amazing design skills, is thorough and patient; we are thrilled with the finished result. The whole process from design through to installation could not be faulted. The communication from the team is excellent. Everyone who you come into contact with is so helpful and knowledgable. Nothing is too much trouble. Patrick oversaw all the practicalities, liaising with our builder and going above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Elliott also continued to be on hand to help with design tweaks. Nothing was too much trouble. Danny our kitchen fitter was equally dedicated and hard working and very skilled - and a great guy to have around! The best bit about this team is that they seem to love what they do and are so dedicated - they really want to do their job well and are always smiling and positive! You don't just buy a kitchen and a design, you actually buy a service and that continues all the way through from start to finish. “Our kitchen has been transformed with thanks to Rob @ KUTCHENHAUS in Bristol Rob provided ideas throughout the design & listened to what we wanted which in turn we now have a fantastic new kitchen! The team in Bristol were very helpful from the point of design right up to the completion of the kitchen fit. They were always on hand to answer any of my queries and kept in contact with me on a frequent basis. I cannot thank them enough and I would highly recommend.”

Having spent a considerable time sitting in front of kitchen designers trying to decide who to buy from, there appears very little differences between what they all offer with the exception of price, or so that’s what they’d have you think. We considered four different companies to provide us solutions for a new kitchen in a recently refurbished flat in Teignmouth, 2 from large high street kitchen chains , 1 from an independent smaller company and 1 from the Bristol and Bath office of the German franchised company Kutchenhaus We eventually placed the contract with Kutchenhaus for 3 main reasons. Firstly the quality of their product is exceptional, far better than the others. The hinges, drawers, doors, cupboards, carcases etc all feel like they are made to last and give the impression of luxury and top quality, plus their solutions for making the most of the storage, all seemed so well thought out; their showroom allows you to see for yourself the superb workmanship that goes into a Kutchenhaus kitchen. Secondly the people we dealt with were outstanding. Rob, the owner always had time for us, as did Mark who helped us design the kitchen and would help us visualise the options, both of them would listen to our requirements and propose solutions, nothing seemed too much trouble. This helpful, can do attitude rolled down through all the people we had dealings with in Kutchenhaus and they never gave the impression of being tired of our endless queries. Finally price. Whilst not the cheapest quotation the costs associated with a Kutchenhaus kitchen seemed fair and justified, although they were prepared to sharpen their pencil where necessary. Delivery was on time and we were kept informed with regular updates. The company that delivered the components were extremely careful in getting all the components into the flat damage free. We had decided to use our own fitters and perhaps if anything could be better it is the installation instructions, however Rob and his team were always on the end of the phone to sort out problems. The kitchen is now fitted and we are absolutely delighted. It has prompted compliments from all that have visited the flat, and has exceeded our expectations. We are thrilled, it is functional, has all the nice little extra’s of a modern kitchen and importantly it looks and feels like it belongs in a million pound house rather than a modest flat in Teignmouth. I can’t speak highly enough of Rob and the team at Kutchenhaus Bristol, I am so glad we opted for them.

We are both delighted with our new kitchen and utility room. The installation has transformed both areas. We now have a space where cooking is enjoyable and is also a social area combined with a very practical and functional space to support the kitchen. The quality of the units is exceptional and their appearance is contemporary with clean lines, providing a sleek finish. The service provided by the team has been superb from start to finish. One of the most important factors for us was always being able to contact the relevant person at the different stages of the project. Elliot is a great designer who gives deep thought and suggests solutions to difficult design situations. He is very approachable and will always change the design to suit your needs. The rendered designs were a great help in understanding how the kitchen and utility would look. Our installer James was brilliant. How he does certain things on his own is quite incredible. Nothing is too much trouble and he explains and discusses the process with you. Working alongside him is Patrick who project manages the installation to ensure it all goes smoothly-incidentally it did. In the background is Rob and his sales team. They keep their eye on the small details which are as important as the other things mentioned above.
