We are truly overjoyed with our new kitchen, breakfast area and utility room designed, project managed and installed by The Myers Touch. There were a number of innovative design features including colour, flooring, stone countertops, appliances, lighting. My wife worked closely with the designer to achieve a high level of uniqueness. We must acknowledge the ability of the project manager to schedule and monitor all of the trades, especially when there were supply problems. This company has a motto that they want to create "a place that expresses Light, Space and Laughter for you". You can trust this company to deliver.

Great service and design ideas from Myers. Whilst we knew what we wanted from the kitchen we had no idea how to lay it out. When I met the Myers Touch team at the Grand Designs exhibition, I instantly knew that I wanted them to design and install our kitchen. We were not disappointed. The design, layout, practicality and use of open plan living has given us an amazing kitchen and utility area which we enjoy using every day! The remote consultation, webinars, and design service were absolutely worth it and we leant on their expertise when making decisions. The project management team were also extremely diligent and the fitting went brilliantly. They also worked well with our independent builder throughout the project. It was really important to find the right designer who understood what we were trying to achieve. Keith uses a holistic design approach and he dug deeply into how we wanted to interact as a family in the space. We had a full kitchen installation from The Myers Touch, including some relevant building work (contracted separately, but which they helped to organise). In brief: •All the people were excellent to deal with. •The design was brilliant - not a term we use lightly. The designer obviously took the time to understand how we wanted to use the kitchen and was prepared to be a bit radical in producing something that met our needs. The kitchen has been a delight to use. •The installations manager and the installer did a really good and helpful job on the installation and were very flexible in making some customised pieces that have really worked for us. The experience wasn't quite perfect: •The designer was new to this country and was not yet familiar with things like the brands of appliances available, etc. That would have been OK without COVID, but working from home made it harder for her just to ask a colleague. It all came out right, but it took time. •The bigger problem was with the supplier of the cabinets (not on this occasion Siematic), who just couldn’t seem to deliver the right parts in the right size and the right colour. But there was no problem with the quality when they did arrive. We make a lot of use of our kitchen and remain delighted with it, as a working area that responds to the way we want to use it, and entertain in it.

We cannot recommend highly enough the entire experience of having our new kitchen designed and installed by Keith and his team at The Myers Touch. This is an award winning company at the top of it's game and from beginning to end they have proved to us why they are regarded as such. We are extremely happy with our transformed kitchen and associated living area. The braver you are at the design stage, the more outstanding your results. From our transformation, we enjoy both the new areas created, plus showcase our beautiful rear garden, which we love. Our project involved everything from transformational design (rethink), structural building work, new windows (to showcase the garden), and the sensational luxury kitchen. Utterly professional but warm and friendly too. Its been a complete pleasure to deal with The Myers Touch especially - Leslee and Angela. Leslee designed our kitchen for our new build home in a way that I would never have thought of and carried it through to the dining area. It really is a WOW! Angela kept me informed of everything along the way which was extremely helpful during this strange year we've had with delays and lockdowns. We had our kitchen extended and completely refurbished in 2017. Helena designed our kitchen. Her professionalism, knowledge of the products, attention to details were amazing! The kitchen was done to our budget and recommended deadlines. The installation was done to perfection. Huge thank you to the installers of our kitchen. In December 2019 we moved from Basingstoke to Winchester. We did not think for a second who we would go to for the extension and refurbishment of the kitchen in our new property. Now the plan options for the kitchen are on the way we can not wait to discuss them in the Myers Touch Studio!

From start to finish we were most impressed with the professionalism of everyone at The Myers Touch. Having bought a three year old apartment we were only wanting to change part of the kitchen rather than redesign the whole room but Angela gave the project her full attention, helping us to design and incorporate new units and fittings which complemented the units we were retaining; Dominic managed the project efficiently and Pete undertook the installation quickly but with great care. Installation was a challenge - working around the builders in a busy site - however you dealt with the situation with professional calm and built us a wonderful island unit that completes our dream kitchen.

The Myers Touch have been outstanding. Our electric hob died 3 wks ago and they were the only company in the area who could replace it before Christmas. At every stage, Daniel has kept in touch by email and phone calls. A last minute hitch about delivery times from the manufacturer was quickly dealt with and a replacement found. The hob was fitted efficiently and cleanly this morning by Pete and I was given a helpful lesson in how to use it. Couldn't fault them. Brilliant.

From the very first meeting we had with Keith, we knew that Myers Touch was the right kitchen company for us. Keith took the trouble to visit us at our home and the time to work out how we wanted to ‘live’ in our newly created space. This meeting then informed quite a few of our building decisions, not just for the kitchen space but for some of the other rooms. I had been a little disappointed with the level of customer service and appreciation of detail from other companies but Kieth from The Myers Touch certainly lived up to my expectations, which everyone deserves when making such an investment. The project team were equally professional and bent over backwards to accommodate the slip in my building programme to ensure the kitchen was fitted by Christmas, their work and customer care ethic were second to none. ‘The whole process with The Myers Touch was fascinating and expertly handled by the team, from the initial meeting to discuss how we used the kitchen, to the detailed design stage, and finally the kitchen build itself. Clearly there are many components when actually building the kitchen, from the careful removal of the the old one so that we could sell it, new flooring, plumbing, electrics, units, worktops and decorating, and these were all managed so professionally and painlessly. A beautiful kitchen designed around our lifestyle, not a list of products. Excellent quality, superb, tidy fitters & an installation schedule was provided weeks in advance. Unfortunately the Extractor Fan we selected would not fit due to the steel work. Myers Touch sourced an alternative with no fuss and no additional cost to our project. Communication is excellent and Myers Touch are proactive - not reactive, which makes a big difference when you're managing a major renovation project.

We approached them with an Architects' drawing and they guided us through the range of options offered by SieMatic for our chosen layout; even recommending things we hadn't even though of - we now have a Teppenyaki!! We engaged Keith to design and install a kitchen in a newly built extension. From concept design to installation the service has been faultless. Keith listened to our ideas and requirements, challenged our thinking where appropriate and came up with a design sympthetic to the space and our needs. All the support teams were very helpful and production of technical drawings were to a high specification. The installation team were extremely professional and kept in regular contact with the main builder to ensure the installation of the kitchen went smoothly. We are delighted with the new space and wouldn't change a thing which is testament to Keith's design.

The Myers Touch provides a very professional but personal experience. The design consultation was a pleasant experience and lasted 3 separate sessions. You never feel rushed and all your requirements are discussed. Helena has valuable experience designing kitchens, and her input is invaluable in the whole process. The operational side of the process is very well managed by Angela and you very rarely need to chase anything up. The installation was performed by Pete. Pete takes pride in the quality of his work and no detail is too small to be ignored. The finish is more than what you would expect. All in all a very pleasant experience from start to finish.

We hired Keith to design and implement a new kitchen. The space was slightly awkward with a step in the room but the result was an elegant but functional kitchen which worked for many years. It incorporated both space for the adults and our children. The variety of surfaces used meant that the kitchen is an interesting space.

The Myers Touch gave us excellent advice on the location of the kitchen in our new extension. We are so pleased with the result - far better than the original plans would have been. They provided a good kitchen design which has turned out to be really ergonomic and a delightful space in which to cook and socialise - we have difficulty getting guests to leave the kitchen and relax in the lounge! All the planning and work was efficient and timely. They provided the necessary detailed water and electrics schematics for our builders and maintained good communication throughout. The staff who fitted the kitchen were extremely courteous and skilled. We are delighted by the after-sales service including helping us obtain new water filters and sorting out the odd minor issue with equipment. This is a company we would say you can trust and who will deliver excellent results and a very friendly service.
