This company should be put out of business. They do not deliver on anything. Extremely poor customer service I have ever experienced. Actual there is no customer service. I paid for a £14k kitchen from this company used them a few times in the past and reffered them to other customer for fitted wardrobes. Expected the kitchen to be delivered on time as there was a deadline which was explicitly mentioned to this company. No updates in a timely manner no advance notice of when the kitchen will delivered. Completely in dark about what they are planning to do. 1 day notice that kitchen is going to be delivered next morning. Following day can i deliver 7.30pm when no one is there due to it being a building site. The next morning left keys for them so there is no excuses and the delivery has not turned up. Then message to say kitchen out for delivery after 5pm. No message still if kitchen has been delivered or not. No plans drawn for the kitchen. Taken over £4k deposit When I ring there office the admin staff have no information about customer or any details about kitchen or when it will be delivered. When you start complaining the lady puts the phone down. Suraj is too busy all the time in meetings does not disclose full information on anything. No contract, no plans for kitchen. Keeps changing dates. Suraj when are you planning to fit the kitchen or deliver the kitchen. Just makes excuses all the time. I will be back to update when i get my kitchen if it is ever delivered.
