“We're original owners of a "semi-custom" home built in the early 90's. For nearly 20 years we had a cookie-cutter front yard -- bluegrass, one tree, builder front porch. In 2012 -- the hottest summer on record for the Denver area -- we decided to break the mold in the neighborhood and xeriscape the yard. Phil and Designscapes came highly recommended and we now see why. Our yard is no longer cookie-cutter or boring in any way! New driveway, redesigned front porch that is safer and easier to navigate, xeriscape groundcovers that are more beautiful than bluegrass now provide a lovely welcoming entrance to our home. We've added a water feature and seating this summer, along with pots full of flowering annuals. As expected, we had a few plants that didn't make it through the winter, but they were promptly replaced under Designscapes' warranty this summer. I can't recommend a company more highly. I'm sure they aren't the least expensive. I am sure they produced the highest value for our money and I can't wait to do the back yard!”

“When we bought our house in Cherry Hills last year we knew that in addition to the work we needed to do on the inside, we also had A LOT of work to do on the outside. Dream Makers was wonderful...we met on site, they drafted plans and we, basically, re-did the entire yard. From the outdoor kitchen to the patio and fireplace and columns and lights at the end of the driveway, Dream Makers was a pleasure to work with. They drafted plans, changed plans in the field based on my requests, and the result was a yard, both front and back, that is an absolute dream!!”

“Creativity, reliability and quality workmanship - that's what Mile High Landscaping brought to my backyard project. Will and his team were able to completely transform our backyard landscape into a wonderful extension of our house. They designed and installed a flagstone patio, arbor, fire pit, water feature, and landscaping for my backyard. They were able to work within my budget and came up with creative, one of a kind features to suit our style. I found their pricing to be very competitive to other quotes and the crew was really efficient. The crew always worked from the time they arrived until the end of the day and were a pleasure to have around our home. The team consistently kept me informed as to schedule and next steps. Jonathan, Ashley and the whole Team Evoke are ingénue professionals: listening to your “dream” vision and making it real through an extremely enjoyable process of design, guidance, material sourcing and perfect implementation. Jonathan treats each rock, paver and planting like an artwork. The result: rocks set like sculptures, flatwork like museum pieces, and lush plantings worthy of the botanical garden. Arresting beauty! “We wanted the landscape for our new house to be water frugal and low maintenance but also lush and beautiful. Ivy Street Design proposed several alternatives and devised a plan that met our requirements. Wendy and her staff know what plants can thrive in Denver's climate and have extensive experience working with landscape contractors. They helped us select a contractor and oversaw the contractor's work. During the first summer, Wendy frequently checked the plants' growth. One year later, Wendy was back on the job to ensure the warranty work was done to replace plants that had failed. Overall, Ivy Street Design met the deadlines and budget and demonstrated a high level of expertise. The resulting landscape is unusual and beautiful. We enjoy it every day.”
