The work was carried out as agreed, on budget and on time! We are very happy with it and 6 months on would highly recommend Waterside for projects of varying size and complexity .”

“We appointed Pehrsson Scott to carry out the design and the construction of our town garden in Hertfordshire. We found Henry and the team to be very responsive and engaging at all times. They listened to our brief and involved us in the design process ensuring we understood every detail and were happy with the design before signing off each stage. They gave us a clear understanding of the costs from the outset and were always approachable and pleasant to deal with once the work began. “We commissioned Special Gardens to design and manage our project in the South of France. From the first evaluation of the site, Sally interpreted our requirements with a full and sympathetic analysis of what we hoped to achieve. This was then tempered by Sally's absolute knowledge and understanding of the region and it's climate. Her recommendations for planting was outstanding and reflected both our personal style and the practicalities of the the garden. We were astonished to be presented with beautiful hand drawn plans at the end of the project. Sally has created a low maintenance, contemporary garden which flourishes even in the most adverse of conditions and she consistently worked with us to ensure our vision was accurately delivered. Sally took control of the project by sourcing the plants and managing the builders and landscapers. The net result was a hassle free experience . “We met Dru in 2013 when we were looking to redesign our rear garden which was sadly neglected and unloved. Over several consultations were we discussed several design styles we loved his vision of a urban garden with lots of design features including planters over two levels, patios to catch the sun and views of the garden through the day and incorporating our existing deck. He translated this vision into a detaiiled layout drawing with a complete planting list. Hard landscape construction started late September 2014 with the first planting section carried out in September 2015. The second planting section is now complete with the remaining small planting areas, lawn and extended deck to be finish soon. Dru has provided invaluable help and advise throughout the project and enthusiasm Is infectious. Great Job!”
