I had gotten a free estimate from Chris when my irrigation company recommended him. I called him to talk about grading my yard before sprinklers were installed, but somehow, 2 months later, we had our backyard oasis completely finished, and had gained an outdoor living room, dining room and kitchen for a fraction of what an actual building addition would have been. Plus, mature trees for added privacy and landscaping Martha Stewart would be envious of! Chris and Dave took my ideas and budget and made what I had envisioned happen. Chris prices out the estimate a la carte; which means that you don't have to do everything right then; I could start the project and add the fireplace later, or the stonewall seating next year... I was able to shave some of the cost by reusing my hydrangeas and buying some of my own shrubs. Mario and the masonry team are some of the hardest working men I've ever met. They would set up tents in the rain just to keep working! The end result is stunning; Two friends have already hired Chris in the last 6 months to build their own dream backyards. This is an extremely professional organization and I would use them again. Estimates are done by the owner and his drawings will explain exactly what to anticipate.
