“We hired Alderwood Landscape to redesign and relandscape our yard, take out our concrete driveway and install a paver driveway. The entire team was a pleasure to work with, always concerned that we were happy with the process and the final product. Our project was a big undertaking and there were hicups, but the crew was great at troubleshooting and working with us. We are excited to see our new plants in bloom and the driveway is not not only better from a functional standpoint, but a beautiful improvement.”

“We hired Margaret of Hayes Landscape Design Services last year to draft up new landscape plans for both our front and back yard. Margaret was amazing! Not only did her designs exceed our expectations, but the thought and care she put into the entire process went above and beyond our expectations. She listened to my needs and wants and incorporated low-maintenance native plants, color, evergreens for year-round interest, layers, patterns, and functional areas for our family and kids to enjoy for years to come. I really appreciated that she also referred me to several nurseries and other contractors to purchase plants, install drip systems and pour concrete. I would hire Margaret 100 times over. The hard part will be to put her plans to use, and we just may hire her for that, too!”

“Excellent artists at Sage and Stone. You'd be foolish not to hire them to redesign your NW yard. Gabe listens and translates well your ideas into a reality that is surprisingly exactly what you asked for. The stone benches he helped procure for us, along with the edible plants and ground cover he added, were the finishing touches that made a small urban backyard into a little piece of heaven. Call Gabe, you won't be disappointed.”

“We're so happy we used Karen for our backyard redesign. The end result is that our small grassy area has been transformed into a wonderful sitting/dining/flower bed that seems so much larger and user friendly than it was before. Karen also recommended a very talented team of professionals who worked together to accomplish everything we'd hoped for. They were Berg's Landscaping, and Woodmark Construction.”

“Baxter and team completely revamped our yard last summer. They are nothing short of incredible. We did a complete overhaul of our yard, taking it down to dirt. The plan was beautiful and it has taken complete form. We have started to see late Spring bring the plants to life and their growth is beautiful. Our plan consisted of design hardscapes, trellis, sod, natural shrubbery, a massive laurel , and two levels of fence. We live in Wallingford and wanted our yard to blend into our surroundings while staying true to our aesthetic. They found the perfect balance. Baxter is dedicated to the project and will see it through completion. It is now typical for passerby’s to stop and ask who landscaped our yard- Baxter ears must be burning for the praise I sing. Hands down the best experience I have had yet with a large scale improvement project.”

“Land2C designed a rather intricate patio and path design for our garden carefully considering and taking advantage of the existing structures. It was intricate and turned out very well. We get positive comments on it all the time. They also provided and installed the plantings. They spent considerable time with us in planning the entire project, customizing it to our specific needs. Detailed plans were provide all along the way, with the plants and their locations in the garden and instructions for their care. The graphics were clear and easy to use. The garden continues to fulfill our expectations and draws favorable comments from our friends. They come highly recommended.”
Erin Lau Landscape Design- Seattle

Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars10 December 2012
“Erin completely redesigned and installed our front garden and did an excellent and artistic job. We had an old-fashioned front yard with grass, which needed lots of water and weeding. She redesigned and sculpted the front to remove the grass, add sustainable and lovely plants, which have saved us lots of money on water bills and also made our front yard more attractive. We've received many compliments from neighbors and plan to use her services in the future - for our back yard. Erin is professional, skilled and was a pleasure to work with throughout the project.”

“I hired Susan to design a vegetation plan for a salt water waterfront slope in front of my new home. She was very sensitive to my requirement of maintaining a view over the water while at the same time meeting county requirements for slope stability and erosion control. She selected native plants that were appropriate for the ecosystem of the sloped area. During the process, she was my liaison to the county planning department and her plan was accepted with no modifications. We recently reviewed the progress of the plants and found them growing and thriving. I greatly appreciate Susan's professionalism and respect her expertise.”
