“We came to JMS Design from a referral from our interior designer. We started this project with a dirt lot and everything was built from ground up.
We wanted an east coast feeling to our landscape with areas that we could enjoy as well as space for the kids to play. This was achieved through the pool and knot garden areas. Also the entertainment pool house has been a big hit with the outdoor tv and adjacent barbecue being used regularly.
The installation went smoothly and we enjoy the plantings and bluestone and brick paving.”

We hired Catherine through a friend’s recommendation who was very pleased with her work. She brought lots of great suggestions that we would not have thought of and designed a beautiful plan.
While the garden was under construction, she was hands on paying attention to every detail during the process making sure that everything was perfect and on budget.
Three years later, the results are beyond our expectations, we get compliments all the time and people even stop in the street to photograph our garden. As Catherine told us, maintenance is low and we save a nice amount of money every month on our water bill compared to our old landscape.”
