“We worked with Alan (Village Landscape Architecture) to help us with a large corner lot front yard after removing all of our lawn. We wanted drought tolerant plantings that would be a benefit to wildlife, but didn't know where to start. We asked Alan to deliver a plan, in the form of drawings, that we could implement ourselves. Alan was easy to communicate with and listened carefully to our parameters. Beyond recommending the placement and varieties of plants, Alan drew a plan that also incorporated an inviting addition to our walkway entrance. We loved his creative additions of hardscape which tied back to our love of Mother Nature's natural landscape. We still love the design today - 4 years later. Alan was easy to work with, a good listener, and provided the deliverable on time. I highly recommend him.”

“Gary was exceptional in all facets of our deck project. As designer, Gary worked with our ideas and constraints, but then applied creativity and style to design a deck that is very functional and extremely beautiful - wonderful flow, beautiful lines that are unique but not distracting. Gary also acted as contractor on our project, a rare and invaluable combination having the designer actually build the structure. Gary was a great communicator throughout the project and always helped us find the right blend between "fix it" and "move on - you can't pull the string on every inherited problem." It was a joy to watch the project and see the highest quality craftsmanship from foundation and structure to finishing touches. We couldn't be happier. We loved working with Gary and love our new deck!”

“Couldn't be happier with Bruce's work. He's got a great eye for design and very carefully considered my space - plantings and layout. He consulted with me throughout his design process and came up with very creative, original concepts. The outcome was a cool, modern and clean space. People are in awe when they see my outdoor space. As an added bonus, Bruce is a great guy! I highly recommend Bruce for a tasteful, modern, thoughtful design. I would 100% ask for his services again.”

Her team transformed our spaces quickly and educated us throughout the process. She gave consistent on-site follow-up, made adjustments to enhance her designs into a reality that we love and use. “I bought an older home with dated landscaping. Austin's design transformed a back yard with dirt, weeds, gravel and concrete under gnarled fruit trees into a beautiful, usable area with shady patios, lush plantings, and garden boxes. Austin's front yard design replaced white gravel and a wall of unkempt juniper bushes with an inviting path to the front door through a variety of blooming shrubs and succulents. At my request, Austin made sure the designs were low maintenance, drought-resistant, and featured plants that bloomed at different times throughout the year. Austin's designs doubled the usable space on my property, adding so much value. I now spend more time outside than inside!”

“We had an old koi pond that started to leak badly. We contacted Brandon Delon at Left Side Landscape about re-doing our pond to make it larger and correct our leak problem. What a wonderful experience! Brandon is incredibly creative and practical at the same time. He designed a beautiful, stepped waterfall that leads into a greatly enlarged pond to accommodate our large koi that had outgrown our previous pond. His crew, Rico and David, were on time, hard working and very respectful of our property. We couldn't be happier with the final result.”

“Alida worked closely with us to re-design the landscape surrounding a house that we inherited from my in-laws which we plan to rent. This part of the preparations to do that was very important to us, since my late in-laws were such dedicated gardeners. We wanted to make the outdoor areas sustainable for tenants, but retain the original feel. What resulted were lovely, gracious spaces for relaxing and entertaining which has attracted many unsolicited and enthusiastic compliments.”
