“If you are familiar with residential developments known for stacking as many homes as possible onto a small parcel of land... this review is for you. Downsizing landed us in one of those developments. Located at the bottom of a hill with three homes looking directly onto our patio, we had absolutely no privacy. Ken, our landscape designer from Room to Grow, changed our yard from a rectangle piece of grass into a stunning sanctuary of privacy. Ken's resourcefulness proved invaluable as he managed sub-contractors and post-pandemic glitches in availability of materials. He committed to a timeline, and stuck to it. By weaving together several gardens, placing strategic screens which provided the necessary focal points, he was able to design gardens with year-round interest, color, movement and texture throughout. It is beautiful! Room to Grow has proven to be trustworthy, dependable and creative. I have recommended them to our family and friends. Such a stellar business!”

“The service provided by Malone's Landscaping was just what we were looking for. Jim came out the day after I called to take measurements and sketch some ideas. His office created plans off of the ideas I had presented and was back to me within the week with drawings. They started the project under John's watchful eye, with Jim always checking to give final approval. The project took a little longer then anticipated due to weather through the winter but, was completed in time for a great party for everyone to enjoy. I get so many complements on our space now that everyone wants to take a picture of it. We have enjoyed many football games and family events with our new fireplace and seating area! Thank you Malone's!”

“The initial project was to have a French drain installed to remove excess water from my property. I met with several contractors, some before and some after my appointment with Chris Sheer from Father Nature. Once I met Chris, I realized he set the benchmark for the other contractors to meet or exceed. I was very impressed by Chris for several reasons: he stood out as a knowledgeable professional who provided me with the information I need to make an informed decision; he was very thorough and prompt in responding to my questions about the installation process and material selection; and he always showed up on time for every appointment. I was so pleased with the customer service and quality of work I received from Chris and his team that I increased my initial project from installing a French drain to include a large patio extension, an extensive seating wall, and a flagstone walkway. If you have the pleasure of working with Chris and his team, you will find incredible customer service and quality workmanship. I can only describe it as the “Nordstrom Experience” for your landscape.”

“Although we were part way into a project, far enough to recognize how much we needed help, Susan came along side of us and provided outstanding counsel with great value. She helped us answer many of the questions, decide between options, and provided new ideas that really enhanced our design. Then with minimal extra cost, she provided a really useful concept drawing that sketched out a landscaping plan along with plant recommendations for a backyard with complex features. She also provided us with useful vendor links for plants, furniture, and landscaping structures.”

“Scott is just great. He brings extremely capable and experienced background with a creative, artful and can-do attitude. HIs work is pragmatic in that as unanticipated issues arise, he solves them quickly, thoroughly and cost-effectively. He does not do "cookie-cutter" work. “Amy did an awesome job designing our front yard. She was professional, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. We also found the process to be economical. Amy's design fee is very reasonable compared to other designers we had considered. The plants we bought from Amy's wholesaler were cheaper than buying them from a local nursery on our own. Also, we didn't have to guess which plants would work with our soil/lighting, saving the cost of having to replace plants later. I would (and have) recommended Amy to friends and family.”

“We purchased a “fixer upper” home which required a new yard. We are very pleased with the final product. Derek is particularly visionary when it comes to hardscape design. We received compliments on our yard regularly. He always returned email, text or phone calls promptly. His post installation follow up was outstanding. He came back about six months later to check on the yard and even took the time to walk the property to help teach me how to maintain the new plants and shrubs going forward.”
