“We have worked with Aran and his team for several years to completely transform our landscape. Beginning with a very difficult and technical remodeling of our front entrance masonry and driveway that required extensive approvals from town boards and the historical commission. The new approach to the house created a beautiful and elegant approach to the house and was further enhanced with abundant plantings and lighting. We also worked with LandForm partners to remodel, or rather completely rebuild our second story deck, which came out beautifully. We also hired the firm to create a masterplan and richly planted landscape for our vacation home. We continue to invite Aran and the team back year after year to tackle new projects and continue to beautify our land.”

“In 2012 after living in our house for the last 18 years, we decided to update our 1970's colonial rather than move. This project included the landscaping as well as the home itself. After looking at many landscape companies and numerous properties, we decided to hire The LaurelRock Company. We felt that their landscape designers were very current and had a way of listening and interpreting a very botanically uneducated clients wishes! They married our newly remodeled home with our existing pool as if it had always been built this way. The outcome was a very cohesive project that was handled with the utmost professionalism and timeliness. Thank you LaurelRock for helping us have the home of our dreams !”

“Richard is a very professional personable and well versed landscape artist! I have used Richard to landscape my home, my courtyard, and have recommended his services to my neighbor(used Richard) and friends! Richard has extensive knowlege of perenials, bushes, trees, soil, top dressings, and how best to feature each plant in the garden! He has a very high work ethic and guarantees his work and his plants! Richard will often stop by to check on the plants to see how they are doing and if there is a better location in the garden for the plant, he will replant! Richard's work ethic is superb, and his workers also! Don't hesitate to contact him and see the magic he can perform in your garden for all season color! “Bryan Quinn of One Nature advised me on the planning and design of a wetland improvement project funded through the Natural Resources Conservation Service involving development of two ponds and restoration of native habitats within the surrounding areas comprising about 15 acres.. After evaluating site conditions and laying out an overall conceptual plan for habitat zones, nature trails and observation points, he prepared a detailed plan and specs for planting groves of trees, site maintenance and circulation for areas immediately surrounding the ponds as well as supervision of site work. The work went quickly, on schedule and Mr. Quinn was very professional, generous with time and paid attention to detail, and within budget.”

“Lynn worked with us on a redesign and installation of our front/driveway garden. Her design ideas were cohesive, centered around native plants that are deer unfriendly, and well thought out. She listened carefully to our thoughts on plant selection and was willing to work within our budget to achieve a fabulous result in a very short time. She is passionate about her work and extremely easy to work with. We would definitely recommend Lynn to anyone looking for help with a garden project, large or small - as a matter of fact, we will be working together on another problem area in the spring!”

“Elizabeth at Pierce Hill was a dream to work with. She was on time and on budget, which was very refreshing. She designed balcony plantings for us and it was magnificent. “After many years with various landscapers who I was never quite satisfied with, I was recommended to Earth Mama Landscape Design by a friend in early 2012. Upon my initial meeting with the principal, Angela Jobe, I was immediately taken with her infectious enthusiasm as she walked the property with me, respectfully pointing out pros and cons and ideas for projects and plantings. I can say with the utmost sincerity that her company is the perfect design and landscape company; they undertook various projects throughout the year - including designing new beds, reconfiguring the drive, adding beautiful stonework, selection and planting of new trees and perennials, as well as weekly maintenance of the property. Her staff is always courteous, prompt and reliable, and her pricing very fair and reasonable. The only hesitation I had in writing this review and giving Earth Mama Landscape the most perfect score I could give a designer, is that I worry they will get too busy to keep coming to me! For sure, you cannot go wrong in hiring this company and Angela and her staff will be lovely to work with. My highest recommendation.”
