“We hired the services of April House Garden in 2021 to design the landscape of our newly rebuilt cottage. Fast forward to the end of 2023 the garden looks incredibly beautiful which includes a diverse assortment of flowers, plants, and some trees. “I had a fairly large border (approx 8m x 5m) which had been neglected for a few years. I wanted to create a low maintenance flower bed and liked the idea of a country garden look. Ben and Paul came round and assessed what was there in terms of position (light/shade), soil and the shrubs which were worth retaining. We also discussed budget. I then received a planting plan with a quotation and commissioned the work. The bed was cleared and planted mid June and I am delighted with the result. I now have a bed which will flower more or less from May to September and will require increasingly less maintenance as it matures. FGD are extremely knowledgeable and gave me advice on other areas of my garden (not areas which will result in work for them). I do have another two areas which do need a makeover and I will certainly commission them to undertake the project.”

“I cannot recommend Kirsty and her team at George-Stone Gardens Limited highly enough. A few years ago we had them in to redesign our back garden, install a composite deck and bridge as well as erect a gazebo. They were amazingly polite and efficient and did an amazing job. We are still loving the job they did and would have them do more when the time comes.”

““We have worked with George on three projects at our cottage in Worcestershire - design and remodelling of our front garden and driveways, creation of a wildflower meadow and design for our rear garden. Throughout we have been impressed by George’s consultative approach, knowledge and meticulous attention to detail. He listens to our requirements and creates beautiful designs that are both innovative and practical. He is also not afraid to get his hands dirty which is a bonus. We have been exceptionally pleased with the projects George has completed for us and we receive regular compliments from visitors on our gardens. “We used Hendy Curzon Gradens to re-design our small walled garden. Even though this was a small project in comparison to some of their other work we were never made to feel any less important. Our first meeting with Adrienne and Nick went really well, we talked at length about all the various options, they listened to our "must have's" and considered the interior of our home in order for our garden compliment this. Their next process was to design and provide several storyboards of how our garden could look, these were well thought through and captured interest. During the landscaping phase, the HC team were excellent. The guys they employ to "build" the garden were very tidy, well mannered and a pleasure to have around. Planting was carried out by Adrienne, her attention to detail was fantastic. Our garden is now full of interest and is about to be a 'burst' of colour. I would recommend Hendy Curzon to anyone. They are a wonderful group of people to work with, who clearly love what they do, they are fresh with ideas but above all like to work with their clients on a partnership level. Great job here and thank you for making our garden such a wonderful place to spend time in.”

“Steve recently finished our garden project. He did everything from start to finish, including:- - Range of concept thumbnail sketches - Collaborative and evolving detail of design. As it grew, we changed and added things as ideas came out of it - Broad and deep range of knowledge; Horticultural, Construction, woodworking, financial and operational - Innovative, transparent and economical costing and financial arrangements - He was clean and tidied up every day - Dedicated and dependable, unbroken attendance... even in numerous bouts of heavy rain - Attention to detail of all aspects and craft skills in delivery - Responded immediately about any concerns Result is a completely unique, 24 hour/4 seasons garden”
