Initial Consultation The Initial Consultation is for up to 1 hour and is free of charge It is an opportunity to have a chat about your needs and get a feel for your garden. If you wish to spend more than 1 hour at this time then a small fee may be charged. I will then follow this visit up with a quote based on our discussions. Survey and Presentation Plan Should you decide to proceed, a site survey will be carried out from which I prepare detailed plans with constructional & layout details. Also at this time I will draw up your brief, which we will discuss in detail before agreeing your precise requirements. Planting Plans Planting plans can be produced in one of two ways: either to complete your project or to fit into an existing garden layout. Either way, a good planting plan is the key to a beautiful garden. We can discuss preferred planting style, colour schemes and seasonal interest in detail. This information will be used to produce a suitable planting scheme in the form of a scaled drawing and plant list. Planting & Construction I work only with reputable landscape contractors who will price the work for you, and build and/or plant the garden to the required specification. The contract will be between yourselves and the contractor although I will visit the site during construction to ensure that plans are being interpreted correctly. Also I source my plants from well established and reputable sources. Project Management - I am also able to manage the project for you as an additional service. The fee for this service would be discussed and agreed separately.
