I interviewed several and they all provided me with a written quote however I chose Water-wise Landscaping. I wanted to be eligible for a city rebate also. His knowledge and familiarity with smart controllers installation and programming was a plus. I contracted with a landscape architect for the design and completion of the form to be given to the city to be eligible for the rebate.
