“Nilton and the crew were great. I had switched over a new guy this summer to help to start his business. Nilton was a pure pro when I told. As time went on the new service struggled finding workers and services I needed in May couldn't be done until August. Curbs to the rescue. I sent Nilton a text on Saturday , he respond with a visit on Monday and a quote on Tuesday. Started work the following Monday and by the end of the week --- I had trimmings removed (a lot) , areas cleared and prep for bed mulching and edging to spread 20 cubic feet of mulch - that's correct 2 truckloads. “Words don't suffice- Derek and his amazing crew absolutely TRANSFORMED our whole yard. We went from a nightmare plot with 50+ years of neglect and destruction to an absolute oasis in the city. “We hired MainStay Landscape to design and build a patio for our backyard. Prior to instillation, ground cover and a sloping lawn existed where the patio was to go. In addition there lived a perennial garden, surrounded by a short, Pennsylvania stone wall in the middle of the backyard. We wanted the garden removed and the Pennsylvania stone incorporated into the patio retaining wall We also asked that he build around a mature Cherry Tree that provides privacy for the home. Jay designed a 480 square foot, bluestone patio, boarded on one side by a Pennsylvania stone, dry stack, retaining wall that gently curves around the Cherry Tree. Underneath the tree he planted a few of the plants removed from the perennial garden. Jay also included 5 LED wall lights that send light cascading down the wall at night, along with two up-lights for the Cherry Tree. Throughout the planning process Jay was attentive to our questions and requests. He was straightforward and accurate with his pricing. And when the time came to actually build (took 2 weeks), Jay and his team displayed the utmost in professionalism and trustworthiness. It is impossible to give a higher recommendation. They simply do things the right way and with a friendly, honest approach. We could not be happier with our new living space.”

He also added a retaining stonewall, which made the whole project pop! Jason knew exactly what to plant in the space that we had. His crew worked quickly in professionally, the job came out great. “We used Ebenezer Landscaping to completely transform our yard, patio and walkway after our home underwent a major renovation. During the renovation, the septic was moved, a pool was removed, a driveway was removed and months of dumpsters and trucks took their toll on the yard. We first worked with Leo to add a walkway from our driveway to our front entryway during the Fall of 2018. He did a great job and the grass that grew around the walkway was an amazing improvement over the rest of our yard where our contractor had laid grass seed. In the spring of 2019, we got multiple quotes from companies to re-do our Patio, add new soil, seed, edge and mulch beds- Ebenezer Landscaping came in with the best price and we were thrilled to work with Leo and his team again. Leo also did a cleanup of all of last season's leaves and trimming a few trees that were getting too close to our house. Leo was able to schedule the work quickly and the entire job was complete within a week. The team started with removing our old patio and adding a new patio. The team was great and worked hard to level and compact the gravel and sand under the pavers. After the patio was complete, the team started working on the yard clean-up, soil, seed and mulch beds. As the project was nearing completion, Leo realized that the forecast was looking bleak for the next week or so, and he had his entire crew come to our house to get the soil and seed down before the rain. They worked until dark and the rain helped the seeds grow in quickly. Leo used two different types of seeds to make sure that the grass would work in the sun and shade. Overall, we had a great experience working with Leo and his team. We think they did an excellent job with quality materials at a great price. We highly recommend the team for your landscaping.”
