“The team removed some older stone gardens, refurbished the brick work and matched new bricks to fill in the areas left. They then designed a fireplace and bar area within our budget and installed it. All work was done in 9 days. The staff and crew were excellent. They did a great cleanup every day even carefully replacing the fence so our dogs could use the yard each nite. When finished they reseeded and repaired damaged grass areas. We couldn't recommend them more and will look to them for future projects.”

“Local Life Maintenance Group helped me design and build an outdoor living area with a Unilock paver patio, an outdoor kitchen with granite countertops, and a fireplace. I spend a lot of my time outside now and my family and I enjoy many home-cooked meals from the grill. The team cared about the end result and ensured everything was to my satisfaction. Look forward to working with you guys on my future project!”

“Jeremy is very professional and knowledgable. We recently moved into a new construction home and had a yard with dirt and weeds. Jeremy and his team gave us a home with some awesome curb appeal. Design, choice of plants, lights and landscape material complimented each other and our house. We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend his company.”

“Teddy's lawn and landscape completed a back patio and added some landscaping out front. He also dealt with some drainage issues we battled with since we moved in a year prior. Our patio looks gorgeous, many neighbors have complimented the workmanship. Exceeded our expectations and was exactly what we ordered. Our front bed also came out looking great! We did have some frost damage but Brent came out and gave us some tips for care and they look like they will survive (they were expensive bushes). Last minute I asked him to look at what he could do for excessive water drainage issues, and it was completed within a day for a very small fee (and works like a charm).”

“Thomas was professional from start to finish. When we had concerns, he took the time to talk them through with us, adjusting as needed. He ALWAYS returned phone calls and texts in a timely manner, very important to us as we were dealing with several other contractors and the time who were not as accessible. His work crew was polite and friendly. When we descried our problems to him he understood exactly what we were asking for. We had a very difficult piece of property; a soggy backyard on a steep slope leading down to a lake. The problem at hand was that we needed drain tile to get rid of excess water, a new retaining wall to hold back the eroding soil, and a well graded slope. We also requested newly planted trees which helped accent the fresh landscape.He supplied us with a very detailed design layout and great visualization. When we asked about the price we were surprised at the low cost and great value of the contract. They did a great job and did the work beyond our expectations. We now have a yard landscape that we are proud of.”
