Was a good size project and contract time ran a little over but very pleased with the installation and final results. Felt we definitely got what we paid for. A 5 star rating for the designer and contractor.”

“Lavish Gardens provided a complete landscape design for front and back yards. The design was excellent. It suited our lifestyle perfectly and provided some features that pushed the envelope. We were able to pick the elements that worked for us. We did most of the actual landscaping ourselves. It was incredible to have a complete vision when we started the installation. It is so much better this way instead of installing things in dribs and drabs. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole process.”

“Todd and his team provided irrigation, lighting and planting services for a very dramatic modern landscape for a home in Sacramento that our office designed. His team was professional and did the job right the first time! We've designed a lot of projects over the past 25 years and worked with many landscape contractors and Cleancut is a step above most. He's reliable, personal and "can-do." As landscape architects we value contractors that faithfully execute our plans and that don't lobby our client to change our vision. Todd's a class act.”

They were on time, respectful and left everything very clean. I am so happy with how the install turned out. Charles and Jesse are great to work with and their follow through was on point. “Derek and his team did a great job for us in installing the artificial turf in the backyard of our new home. The base rock was set, compacted and properly leveled to fall into the 5 existing area drains. In addition, the 3/4” drain rocks were set nicely adjacent to the artificial turf per the architect’s drawings. The team worked continuously for 4 days straight until the job was completed. Well done!”

“Jim and his crew installed a beautiful 20' long water feature on my backyard hillside. Put a lot of thought into it....and it cam out great. Makes my formerly static backyard come alive with sound, motion....and birds (they love to come wash in the shallow rock pool that feeds into the downhill rush). Also installed a flagstone patio, small lawn, a fieldstone rock wall, drainage, drip and many new plants. The final result is beautiful. Jim is very communicative and does what he says he's going to do. He will do what you ask. As you should with any contractor, be sure to tell him exactly what you want. He's not a mindreader. His crew is incredibly hard working. They hauled a ton of dirt and rock up to my backyard. All very nice guys. Overall, very impressed with Jim, his crew, and the job they did for me.”
