“My wife and I recently moved to Elk Grove from the Bay Area and we wanted to remodel the front patio of our new house. We consulted 3 other companies, but when we met Lucy we decided to go with Advanced Pavers because she actually listened to what we wanted and created a designed as we pictured. Throughout the entire process Lucy and the owner, Edgar, were very responsive and at end of the project our patio was just like we dreamed. They made the enire process effortless. “Lavish Gardens provided a complete landscape design for front and back yards. The design was excellent. It suited our lifestyle perfectly and provided some features that pushed the envelope. We were able to pick the elements that worked for us. We did most of the actual landscaping ourselves. It was incredible to have a complete vision when we started the installation. It is so much better this way instead of installing things in dribs and drabs. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole process.”

“Todd and his team provided irrigation, lighting and planting services for a very dramatic modern landscape for a home in Sacramento that our office designed. His team was professional and did the job right the first time! We've designed a lot of projects over the past 25 years and worked with many landscape contractors and Cleancut is a step above most. “I called Nathan for a consultation after seeing his work at another house on my street. We had killed our lawn to create a more drought-tolerant landscape, but didn't really know how to begin. Nathan discussed our options, given the ideas I had already collected. We wanted to keep the plants that were already there, and eliminate the lawn, as well as remake the walkway. We were given three options for recreating not only the planting and irrigation, but the hardscape. Nathan also recommended a couple of nearby landscapes that he had done previously, so we could get an idea of what the actual work would look like. I was looking for something like a cottage garden, with lots of flowers. Nathan and his crew did a fantastic job. The walkways are wonderful, and far more attractive than plain concrete. The plantings are lovely. Everything is just beginning to bloom, and the flowers are lovely. It will keep getting better as it fills in. The front yard is much lower-maintenance, and meets our goal of using less water, with drip irrigation replacing the sprinkler system.”

“Ben and Matt come with my highest recommendation. When I moved in to our new/old house a year ago the back yard was a bit of a mess. There was no pool and so we hired another contractor put one in, but of course (!) left the landscaping portion as a second thought. Anyone who has put in a pool knows that the part that makes it really feel nice is how well integrated into the yard the new hole in the ground is. Since I'd already chosen the design of the pool and the connected patio, Ben and Matt had to figure out how to bring it all together. The work they did in my backyard transformed it from a bland and boring area to a truly beautiful place that the whole family enjoys. Maybe the best part is how well they listened to what I wanted and not only did that but made suggestions and improved upon my ideas. From the large jobs like completely replacing my house drainage, to the fine details like bringing me samples of multiple kinds of landscaping rock they were always easy to work with. Best of all, I know they had my enjoyment and satisfaction in mind the whole way. One final thought, they did the job until it was finished. Nothing gives more satisfaction than getting a turn-key solution when you want it, and they delivered. Now, on to the front yard--I know who I'm calling! Doug L.”
