“We have used M&C Landscaping for replacing front steps as well as entire large driveway in Cornelius. After getting 4 estimates, I contacted a neighbor to asked who did his driveway which was M&C. The estimates varied by more than $6000 dollars. The Owner, Maynor, said initially that he wouldn't be the highest priced contractor nor the lowest. As it turned out, he was the second lowest and more than that, his process for replacing the driveway exceeded all the other quotes which meant his base for the driveway was deeper after removing the existing concrete and the layers of materials used exceeded all others quotes. Pedro, his lead contractor, set the pitch for drainage and laid EVERY paver with the help of 4 others, The crew was polite, friendly, and cleaned up perfectly each day. The processor 5 days. I provided drinks and donuts as they worked in the heat of the summer last year. Maynor provided a huge list of references and we were able to see his workmanship prior to signing on. This month he put in water drainage systems to stop the shoreline erosion which was occurring above my lakefront walkway. He also replaced my pine needles with rich brown mulch and he and his company highly recommended.”

“Jose and his crew did an amazing job. My wife and I decided to re-sod our yard, install a patio near our front porch and prepare beds for planting. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right, even repairing some shoddy work a previous contractor had put in. We are thrilled with the outcome and will be using Jose and his crew moving forward for our routine lawn maintenance moving forward. Most importantly, Jose is a good and honest man I feel I can trust. If you have any sort of yard work to be done, he is your guy!”

“Chris did an awesome job redesigning the landscaping on my new construction home. He replaced the shrubbery with beautiful new shrubs, manufactured stone border with a Japanese maple on one side and sky pencils on both sides of my garage all with black mulch. He also moved a couple of oak trees to the corners of my back yard, installed three white crape myrtle trees with border and mulch. I have the best looking years in the neighborhood and often receive compliments on the manicured look. He also maintains lawn as well every two weeks and his prices are great!!! Haul and Install is the best!!! Chris you add pictures if you like. Thanks!”
