“It has been a coupe months since the completion of my backyard. I can’t express how happy I am with the turn out and how good of a job they did for me. At our first meet, Yoel came up with a design that would put our yard to better use… We initially only wanted turf installed, but he gave us the idea of placing a seating area in the center of the yard to make it more useful. He expanded it and made it a lot safer by putting up a retaining wall. Working with the inspector seemed to be a breeze, but Im sure a lot of work went into it. The crew followed the permitting plans and made sure everything as up to code. It was much faster than expected! Looking back at older photos of our yard, we couldn’t even have imagined that our yard would ever look like this. Gracias for everything, our dog is just as happy!!!”

“Ken is an outstanding and creative landscape architect. He brings a professional crew that he has worked with for as long as I have know Ken (probably 15 years). Ken has done several large jobs, including an outdoor kitchen, a terrace deck with wooden walkways up to it, and most recently a pizza oven and accompanying structure. I highly recommend Ken and his work.”

“I just bought my first house - a definite fixer-upper - and quickly learned how important it is to find someone you can really trust with working on an intimate, personal space like your home. Nancy is that someone. I actually found her on Yelp and thought, "Well, she has five stars... let's see why." She deserves every single one of them. She was fantastic at working with me on the budget, she finished everything exactly when she said she would, and responded to any questions I emailed within hours of me sending them - and I sent A LOT of emails. (Yep, I can be high-maintenance.) She knows plants and taught me a heck of a lot of stuff I didn't know, and she also did a really good job of listening to my own needs - something almost no other contractors have done. The couple times things haven't been quite right - for example when a bougainvillea died after a week - she came back and fixed it immediately. Most important, though, the work she does is spectacular. My front and back yards were a mess of concrete and dead, old plants. That crap is all gone, and in its place is a gorgeous colorful garden with a quaint stone path that runs from one end to another. It's like something out of a fairytale, and I enjoy walking through it every single night when I get home from the office. At first I was thinking of trying to landscape this project myself - after all, just a few plants, right? But it's so, so much more complicated than that. Now that it's done, there's not a day goes by that I'm not thrilled I hired Nancy to make my gardening dreams come true.”

They are honest and up front about the entire process so we knew what the issues would be before the project started, and they expertly managed the renovation throughout the entire job, start to finish. They did what they said they would do, and I'm so happy we found them. The job turned out beautiful, and I couldn't recommend them more.”

“Ilan and all Moda’s team are the top Notch !! We are so Happy with our backyard . After reviewing many other contractors we decided to go with Ilan and we are so happy we made this decision, other than a great contractor Ilan and he’s team are great people.We did pavers , turf , in ground trampoline and remodelled our pool . The attention to details , the communication ,all about this project was just excellent . Great job !”
