“Jeff Lapnow and his team have handled numerous landscaping and structural projects for me over the past 15 years with attention to detail and amazing results. He has extraordinary vision when looking at a challenging landscape issue and the ability to make the impossible - possible. The most recent project was the installation of a professional grade pizza over that required him to first pour a cement base and then fork lift the oven across a large space. He has built two stone walls and rebuilt our front lawn. He is a true professional who sees a project through on time and on budget. Highly recommend.”

“Steve is diligent, reliable and thoughtful. We hired him and his firm several years ago to implement a major landscaping plan and they did a superb job, better than expected. Since then we have put Steve and Perennial in charge of the various vendors who maintain our newly landscaped property. Here too the work is first rate, with great attention to detail. Often Steve identifies problems and attends to them before we are even aware that there is an issue. He and Perennial have our hearty recommendation for anyone considering hiring a landscaping firm for either a project or for ongoing property management.”

“We used Bellantoni to build our fence. We had many companies come and give us a quote, but they had the best plan and quote for our yard. We have a large dog, pond and steep slope, so it was a bit tricky. We love our fence! They were professional and did a great job!”

“ONLY Hire Bob Chamberlain and his team if you want to do it right the first time. He doesn't sacrifice quality to get clients, and he is the most honest, hardworking and positive guy around. But please don't hire him if you are looking to save money, or if you are looking for the cheapest landscaper around. He's not it. But what you get with him is value for money, and a job that you will only have to pay for one time. We bought a 4 acre property which was in pretty bad condition and gave him the mandate to make the property look park-like and established all at the same time (and I asked for everything to be non-toxic and organic as well!)! Chamberlain, (who is an artist and a master gardener as well), and his team rose to the occasion over the course of the next 2.5 years and a budget of $1.5+m........He started by regrading and putting new drywells all over the property, then managed the huge project of building a new 1,000 sq foot outdoor kitchen/patio and a smaller 200 sq foot patio, 3 retaining walls, a zipline platform and many other things.....He selected, transported, prepped and planted 100's of adult specimen trees, 1,000's of plants, mature fruit trees and 6 extremely large (25 year old), priceless trees that needed a special crane to plant; trucked in hundreds of loads of new fresh topsoil, sodded the entire property, installed 25 planting beds and oversaw the irrigation company and lighting companies to make sure everything was consistent and efficient. We now have the most amazing home that we love to live in, entertain and enjoy!”

“DLTC cares for my lawn and plantings, 2 1/2 acres. The property always looks perfect. All plantings expertly trimmed, lawn beautiful. Weeding always done, weekly. Spring & fall clean up are meticulous. Service people are professional, curious, and punctual. John, one of the owners, takes my calls and comes to my home to provide advice, and works with my schedule. I recently hired DLTC to design and create a courtyard in front of my home. Pat, DLTC's landscape designer, created a beautiful plan. Big project, long stone wall, moving plantings, Belgian block border, oil & stone surface. Competitive price, work looks great.”
