We quoted the project with 3 local contractors, and although the 3 quotes were not apples-to-apples, Evergreen offered the best price and more importantly, the best options that most closely matched the size and scope of our quote request. Becca had unique ideas for our cookie-cutter space. The project started and completed on time, and despite the heavy equipment and materials used for the projected, the disruption from the actual construction was minimal. The crew was professional and courteous.”

“We had recently added a sunroom and needed some landscaping done in our backyard around the new room. We also decided to put in a patio adjacent to the sunroom. We have a slanted backyard, so we really needed advice on how to accomplish this. In addition, we needed a landscaper to work with us as the contractor finished our deck so everything would flow together. We had an idea of what we wanted, but were really looking for advice and recommendations. We talked to three different landscapers and decided to go with Western DuPage Landscaping. The designer, Nicole, had some great suggestions for our project and worked within the budget we gave her. She patiently explained the difference in pricing between the various pavers available and also recommended plants and shrubs that would grow in our very shaded backyard. Our project came in on budget and in the time frame given. We are very happy with the work done and would not hesitate to return to WDL for future work.”

“Needing an architectural drawing for a design that fit our unique back yard area and then a quality company to complete the work, I received a glowing reference to consider Apple Landscaping for our Patio options. Once we met with them and then reviewed what they could build, it was an easy decision. More importantly, the quality of work and materials used, the ease of making choices to add or delete certain features created a highly collaborative team to ensure that the project went smoothly and as expected and our final product was as we envisioned. Keith and Monique are total professionals and were there consistently to ensure timelines were met and I, the customer was satisfied. “Rooftopia has been exceptional to work with. We live in an apt. duplex with limited space available for them to work with but they were able to create a beautiful landscape. Although we were on a tight budget, they were able to offer us so many options. Everything was completely professional. The proposal was clear and included photo images so we could visualize the layout and end product. They were in constant communication during the entire process too. They are the best in Chicago and so grateful we found them!”

“We have had Exterra do two projects for our home. First was landscaping the front and side of the house. This involved stone work, plantings and a pergola. We were thrilled with beautiful design and the craftsmanship of installation. The plantings have thrived and after 10 years all the work remains intact. Two years ago, we came back to Pete to have a patio put on the back of the house. This was all brick work and Pete's design was great and worked perfect with what was existing. We had some settling on the patio and Exterra was out immediately to fix it and it is great. We love the work Pete has done with design and the guys doing the install were wonderful. We whole heartedly recommend Exterra designs.”

“I hired Greenwise 2.5 years ago.. They have served as both my monthly gardeners as well as garden project designers/installers on three major projects.
