“FMN Gardens were asked to provide a quote for the extensive remodel of the long rear garden of one of our projects. Their quote was reasonable, and they were given the contract. Throughout the project, they were professional, courteous and personable. They worked well with the main contractor whose programme was delayed, as most often is the case... When asked to add extras and variations to the contract, their prices remained consistently reasonable. The work itself was done to a good standard, and Roman and Harry provided excellent advice and suggestions. The work consisted of retaining and planter walls in rendered conc. blocks and also constructed of railway sleepers, steps in railway sleepers and decking, fencing and privacy screens, decking (we used Millboard), artificial grass and Breedon Gravel, and finally, plantings and trees. We would not hesitate in recommending FMN Gardens, and it is our intention to use them again on future projects.”

“Gardens Galore did a fantastic job on our garden. They transformed our front garden, replacing the small piece of grass with lovely sandstone paving, and built large raised beds in our back garden. We are delighted with the results, which are even better than we imagined. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and the team were incredibly friendly and professional. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gardens Galore to friends and family. We're now looking forward to spending summer in our lovely new garden!”

“After 20 years in our present house, we’d spent the past couple of years updating and renovating, but the back garden was a big disappointment. The patio area was never really big enough for dining out comfortably, the whole garden had an annoying slope to it, and the grass had virtually disappeared despite returfing and regular seeding. We knew we needed a professional to step in, and friends recommended Maxime, who had performed a similar job on their garden. He arrived with lots of inspiring ideas about how we could improve things, obtained samples of the paving we could use and talked to us about what choices we might make. In just a couple of weeks, he has genuinely transformed our garden. He has all but eliminated the slope and it feels like having an extra room. The porcelain paving, edged with granite setts, is stunning, and along with a newly constructed slatted fence, has given it a truly Mediterranean feel. We are already spending much more time out there, even at night, and it has become somewhere we can’t wait to get back to, rather than somewhere to avoid or ignore. We think that our back garden is now as good as it can be, and we could never have done it without Maxime’s intelligent direction.”
