I have known Danny for more than 10 years. I used to buy and sell houses so I needed a professional for remodeling the properties. He did many kitchens, bathrooms, fireplace which was beautifully done, and entire homes remodeled for me as well. Everything from floors to kitchen torn and replaced and bathrooms. The hardwood floor in my house is gorgeous, everyone loves it and they are also admiring my kitchen cabinets which have pull up drawers and a big island. He insisted for this because I did not think there was enough room but he was right and it's the most important part of the kitchen with drawers and cabinets underneath. Also a fabulous counter-top with Caesar stone. It's beautiful!

I love this contractor! How many times have you heard that after a big renovation? We interviewed many contractors for a kitchen renovation that included many details . We had narrowed the options to two contractors before meeting with Danny Taylor. Not only was his bid very competitive, he was the only contractor to offer a firm, FIXED PRICE! All the others that were close in price included caveats that remodeling always uncovers unexpected conditions that would increase the cost. Danny said he has been doing this work for so long, it was like he had a x-ray vision. Anything that surprised him when he opened the wall or ceiling would be his mistake and he, not me, should be responsible for the extra cost. The only increases to the estimate would come from changes I made to the plan or additional work I requested. He delivered the contract very fast and immediately start working. I was surprised to see it included a firm completion date and it was sooner than I expected. I was amazed at how efficient the crews were. We had every craft involved and it was like a well-rehearsed play. Crews arrived, did their jobs well and left just in time for the next crew to start. We sometimes had carpenters, electricians and plumbers all in the same day. Danny was onsite every morning ensuring everyone knew what had to be done that day, checking the quality and schedule of the work and arranging deliveries. He made us feel so comfortable. Every time I got concerned that we were behind schedule, they patiently explained what was happening and when it would be done to assure me the schedule was still valid. I am so pleased with his work and ideas for subtle improvements to the plan that I expanded the scope of work considerably. What started as a kitchen remodel ended as a whole-house makeover and what looks like a brand new, more modern house. As Danny said during our first meeting: "Of course I get good reviews. If I finish on time for the price we agreed to and solve any of your problems along the way, what else would you say?" He's right about that. Thanks you so much!

My contractor and project manager Danny Taylor did our renovations inside and outside of our home, new windows and a complete renovation of the house. The outside required the removal of an old and dated sun room. In it's place he added a great looking deck with a privacy wall. The existing deck was converted into a beautiful screened in porch. As Roger promised, these additions gave our home much better curb appeal. The small and dated master bath was professionally designed and converted into a great looking bathroom making much better use of the space. The old windows including a very large picture window were replaced with great looking and energy efficient double hung windows. The windows were also nicely framed to bring out the beauty of the windows. He did a great job on all aspects of the project. I found Danny to be very responsive and quick to answer any questions I had. For the entire project I always felt as though I was in good hands. He provides with a full service from architectural designs to taking the designs and following through with the plans on the construction phase of the project. Thank you Danny for doing a great job!

We hired Danny Taylor to oversee and manage our construction project after interviewing many contractors. We were drawn to Danny for his many years of experience and reputation. Danny has exceptional sense of visualization and design. He provided many recommendations to our architectural drawings, which we couldn't see then but are very grateful for now. Danny also knows many talented and honest contractors who performed excellent quality work. We are very happy with our home. Looking back, we couldn't have done it without him. Also, his guidance resulted in a final product that is much better than we could ever have dreamed of.

As a professional interior designer and architect it is essential that my designs can be built as intended. Most people don't realize how critical this is! I have seen many clients insist on using a friend or relative to handle their contracting work instead of the most appropriate choice only to watch them spend a lot of additional money and aggravation trying to fix the mistakes that arose. It is so important to avoid that situation if possible. Danny can handle the most detailed designs with excellence! I never have to worry about the quality or professionalism. My clients have always been comfortable working with him and delighted with his results.

Danny and his team did a great job building and renovating our complete house. We worked with Danny on a big project in our old house in 2005 and decided to hire him again for our new home. The work included many details that Danny took care of the smallest one. Danny and his team (project managers and workers), kept good communication with us throughout, explained any issues that came and worked with us on every detail. The final turned out fantastic and we are overall pleased with the work. We will definitely hire him again.
