Modern Attics is run by two enthusiastic individuals – Paul Kershaw is a qualified chartered surveyor with thirty years experience and our objective to provide a dynamic and professional service in the ever-growing loft and space creation sector. On average the lead-in period to prepare the necessary plans and permissions will be approximately three to four months; and once the work starts a build period of six to eight weeks would be usual for loft conversions, and eight weeks for extensions. All our loft conversions and extensions are guaranteed for a full ten years.
